Smoothie King

Terrible service but I’m a loyal smoothie king customers. This location made it very obvious that this franchise is a far cry from offering consistent service.
The lone employee stayed on her phone through earbuds the whole time. Although I asked for the skinny version with none of the fattening turbinado, I could taste it and the sugar she still added.

The smoothies are good but the service is horrible. Latest experience at checkout the female worker was on her cell phone the whole time. Not to mentioned she parked her car in a smoothie king only customer parking spot and had the audacity to ask me to close my car door b/​c it was resting on her car as I had to squeeze into my car but she was parked there. The whole time she was still on her cell phone. Got 2 stars b/​c the smoothies have been decent but the attentiveness of the workers there is horrible.

I love this location and I go there often. The environment is clean and well maintained. The owner is a class act and makes sure customers are satisfied. The smoothies taste great and are prepared to satisfaction.

This review is mainly for customer experience as it relates to this particular Smoothie King locale. The order area is immediately near the entrance. Whomever is working behind the counter doesn’t waste time with pleasantries. It’s usually a female employee that doesn’t even ask, but instead waits for you to belt out an order. If you’re like me, I’m usually standing there waiting for the cue to speak up. Nine times out of ten that I’ve frequented this location I’m looked at with an attitude and impatience. My husband didn’t realize I was writing this review and in just randomly stated that this was his second time at this location and he doesn’t like the customer service. Most times they have been out of the pastry breads and don’t bother checking their back stock for what they’re out of to appease customers. The amount of time it takes three people to make a few smoothies is slow. They end up with a line out of the door due to lackadaisical preparation. The end result is that I feel like they are doing me a favor by spending my money in their establishment. No one on duty ever looks like a shift leader, manager or supervisor or happy to be there working. Thankfully, I’m always pleased with the quality and consistency of my smoothie.

Clean, fast… sits next to oscar’s cigar bar. stopped in totally overlooking chick fil A… I love strawbwrry&banana so Im slurping on a Huge 32oz Angel food.
I paid $ 8 and didnt expect that. but its filling soooo im ENJOYING IT! :) oh yeah get the skc card by using your phone number to get a free smoothie… after your 10^th smoothie purchase.

Hey there Camp Creek, here’s your Smoothie King. Tacked onto the end of a tiny strip mall, this is a welcome addition if you’re in the area.
The thing I like about Smoothie kings is you can get your smoothies «Skinny», by removing the sweetener, turbinado. Go ahead and order an Angel food smoothie, skinny, and then you’ve got something tasty. Also if you don’t have one, go ahead and get a key chain. 10 medium smoothies gets you a free smoothie when you scan in
