Unhelpful staff or maybe just stupid. I went in, asked for some basic white paint. Now, I’m not a contracter, just a basic homeowner. I asked for enough for a standard closet. Guy behind the counter said there is no standard closet which is not true. I told him it was about the size and depth of one of the paint racks behind him. He said «do you want a quart or gallon?» I asked how much would that cover. He wouldn’t answer, just wanted to know how many square feet. At this point I was done and walked out. Seriously though, I would expect someone who works in a paint store (and that’s all they do!) to know how much paint would be needed if someone showed them an example of the area covered.
I’ll take my business to somewhere more helpful and who actually want people’s business. JERK.

We also used them quite a bit and yes they are vice nice and knowledgeable. Great store. Also one tip: Sherwin and Duron are the same now so no need to drive across town to the Duron store if you are local.

I must have worn a path to this place by now.
Aside from having the best paint product in the business — with low– and no-​VOC choices that hold up strong — the folks in this particular location are as cordial and accommodating as any I’ve encountered.
It’s service you don’t expect, believe me. They are worth any extra drive you might have to take… I’m usually in and out in a flash; my last visit for a gallon of «Moderate White» paint for the house hallway included a cup of fresh-​brewed hazelnut coffee that an associate offered me while I was waiting.
In a paint store no less! Seriously. I’m a coffee snob and it was super awesome.
