Not a good experience. We had traps set for a flying squirrels in our attic. When the technician was 45mins late to check the traps we were told it would be two weeks before they would come to check them again(and leave a dead/dying animal rotting in our attic). After a call the the supervisor we were rescheduled for a day late and if we could not coordinate then then it would be two weeks. This was after we spent $ 3K in roof repairs to them.

Had them come out for a quote to remove bats… They were a LOT more expensive and offered no guarantees on their basic service … Did NOT offer clean up and tried to convince me that cleaning up after bats was not important for health. Look around and I promise u will find better service at a better price!!!

We have only consulted with Tim, one of their technicians. He was great — very helpful, spent a lot of time explaining things to us(even though he wasn’t getting paid — it was a free consultation), and he seemed to be extremely knowledgeable about his work. If we do need to rid ourselves of a critter anytime soon, we’ll be calling Tim.

I set up an appointment but they cancelled because they were worried about upsetting my neighbor that feeds them. Never mind the thousands of dollars of damage they cause.

My company hired this company to relocate some pesky squirrels. We noticed one of the traps had a squirrel in it and Adcock’s was notified Friday around 2:00. It is Monday at noon and they just came to remove the DEAD squirrel. On their FAQ site, it claims they are required to pick up animals on the weekend which they clearly did not do. Do not use this company if you want to ensure the critters are humanely treated!
