The receptionists and technicians were just simply divine! They are lovely and pleasant. They took the time to answer all my complicated questions. (New patient) The doctor seemed to rush a little or maybe it was me. The office was kind of packed and she was the only doctor I seen on site. However my overall experience was extremely pleasant. I would definitely go back for another eye exam. The glasses are way too rich for my blood. Just a friendly reminder if you’re getting the prescription to order eye glasses from some where else, make sure to ask the doctor for your pupillary distance.

The eye doctors here are great. Unfortunately their staff is not. Rude, unorganized and unprofessional about sums it up. I will never go here again. On another note, the Lens Crafters at this location is amazing. Great customer service and incredibly knowledgeable staff. I will get my prescription elsewhere and still come to the LensCrafters here.

On 2 separate occasions I needed to call to get something about my prescription. I had to call 3 times to get the answer. They kept telling me they would find out and call me back. Never got a call back. No follow up. Left messages and talked to people too who said they would call back.

The five stars are for Tiffany. Best customer service ever. her phone manner is as good as it gets. I called and talked to someone about getting a copy of my prescription and dealt with a person who was lacking in those departments, and I never received my prescription in the mail. When I called back, I was pleasantly surprised at the difference in customer service. Thanks Tiffany!
