I give them a three because I love how moist my hair is when I leave. If your hair is not long or super thick, and you’re not getting hair added, then this is not the place for you. They don’t do too well on people with short or medium length natural hair. Their best styles are done with extensions or people who already have long natural hair. Otherwise, you’ll walk out looking like a kid. However, if you do have a lot of hair on your head, then I must say they are the bomb. They do a great job but seem to struggle with hair lengths that are not long or thick. You may either want to wait and get your hair grown out or opt to have hair added. They are a bit pricey, but I love how my hair feels when I leave. I got twists the first time and cornrows the second time (both with my real hair). My hair was moist for the duration of the style, which I loved, so I’ve learned to just visit here for basic upkeep etc.
