I have been going to this Pearle Vision for about five years. My first doc was Dr Harrold who was excellent. Apparently, Dr Patel took over this practice about 1.5 years ago. He conducted my annual eye exam today along with a multi-focal contact fitting. I have been designing customer experience processes since before that was a term. My experience at this Pearle Vision has always(100% of the time) been exceptional and today was no exception.

If there are negative reviews of this place, either the competition is writing them or they are old with a different staff of people. The selection of glasses is huge. If you can’t find what you want, you are too picky!!! The staff is friendly. I went in once when busy and they stopped what they were doing, asked what i needed, and said ‘sit there and we will be right with you’. They were knowledgeable about the insurance and made it very clear what the total costs and after insurance costs would be. I had an issue with the prescription on one of the eyes, and they took care of the problem. They didn’t need to do that but they wanted a satisfied customer. I had gone to Pearle Vision in Iowa when i lived there and now this is my glasses store. I will not go anywhere else. I am not sure if you can contact me with questions in these reviews, but if so i would be happy to confirm what i am saying. This place is EXCELLENT!

Stopped in after having done business with them over the years… needed some help to straighten and fit a pair of sunglasses. Nouri was wonderfully helpful, just easy going, fixed them with a smile. Little things mean a lot!

What a great place! They were the best customer service I have experienced in quite a while. Jackie was amazing, helpful and honest in her opinion on the styles I had picked out, although I knew exactly what I wanted when I came in. Dr. Harren(spelling) Patel was/is the best thorough and polite optometrists I have ever met and considering this is in Buckhead, that is saying a lot. Instead of saying«as you get older» he says«as you gain wisdom.» Bunch of great people. Glad I have insurance though. Yikes!

The exam itself was fine, but the fact that they won’t give me my pupillary distance after spending $ 75 on a routine eye exam is a deal breaker for me. The reason they don’t do this is because they want to hook you into buying your glasses from their store. And you will not get your PD until you are ready to purchase. Some places have no problem giving up the PD, and these should be the only places you get your eye exam from. They will be the only places I go to from now on. You should have the freedom to shop around and buy glasses from wherever you want to buy glasses from. Whether it’s at their place, another place, or even online. Period.

Went there to Pearl Vision get 1 hour service one evening but did not realize that the store was 5 minutes away from closing. Even though that was the case the manager Terry was amazing and stayed to help me with my purchase! He told me about all of the specials, discounts, helped me picked out frames that were affordable and stylish. Even though the store was closed, my order was processed in a timely manner and I was not rushed. I am very happy with my glasses and the service I received was impeccable.

I am not commenting on this store but on Pearle Vision products’ quality in general. I do not care about customer service or their salesperson’s helpfulness when it comes to shopping for glasses. If you need new frames or glasses, the salesperson will not be helpful because they do not know you or your style or your budget; take a friend whose taste you trust and pick your frame with their help. Regarding their lenses, however: I paid for the most expensive option back in Chicago a year ago, because my prescription is super high and because I wear glasses pretty much full time. I paid over 500 dollars(!) for these lenses that are supposed to be lightweight, anti-reflective, anti-scratching, blah blah. They are lightweight, but in less than a year they got so scratched that I CANNOTSEE properly any more — and I am a teacher so my life style is not so rough that I get my glasses unreasonably scratched! They have a warranty so I took them to this store in Buckhead(I moved from Chicago to Atlanta this summer), but they would not even look at the glasses and they said they cannot do anything but of course I am welcome to get new lenses for another 500 dollars!!! had glasses from Costco that I wore for 10 years with no problems. So don’t get tricked by their fancy customer service or fancy designer frames. If you think their frames are so great, get it there, but do not get the lenses from them, as you will get better quality for much much cheaper elsewhere!!!

I had a great experience here because of Terry! He helped me choose the best reading glasses! He was patient and gave the best advice! I had a groupon which saved me some money too. So thanks Terry!

I think the caption«Meh. I’ve experienced better» is the perfect explanation for this particular Pearl Vision location. I had an idea of what type of frames I wanted so all I was looking for was a basic walk-out price with exam, frames and lenses, When I entered the store I had to stand there for a minute or two before someone acknowledged my presence(I should also mention that NOONE was in the store). After a few questionable glances from the Pearl Vision staff a sales assistant asked what the reason for my visit was for. After explaining to the sales assistant the type of glasses(model number and everything) she promptly told me they did not have them then started telling me about the«great» deals they were running on other glasses that were nothing like what I was looking for. After a few lingering minutes I decided I would be better served else where and thanked the sales assistant for her time and left. Nevertheless I went to the neighboring Lenscrafters and was treated A LOT better. This does not speak for all Pearl Vision locations elsewhere, merely just this particular location.
