I have been living at Peachtree Place for close to a year as renter and not a resident. Peachtree Place is a nice condo complex, but there are not enough reasons for me wanting to buying here. But first I’ll start with the pros: Great Swimming Pool, Gated with Security Guards, Great Central Location to Brookhaven and Buckhead, Good Gym on-site, At-door Trash Pickup, Assigned Parking, Community Grilling Areas, and Beautiful Grounds. Now for the cons: Visitor Parking is on top of deck, Walls and floors are paper-thin, Manager is not the friendliest person, Water pipe issues throughout, High HOA fees($ 271/mo), and Dog poop everywhere(even with a rule to pick it up). I would certainly recommend renting here, but not purchasing a home.
