One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Keisha is an awesome therapist. Her technique is therapeutic as well as relaxing. I definitely left feeling like I’d gotten my moneys worth, plus some. I floated thru the rest of the week and I look forward to returning again soon.

This was a good massage and nail appointment, but not a great appointment for reasons the other reviewers have mentioned. Opulent Wellness is trying hard, but it’s in a regular, nondescript office building, not a storefront, not a house, a big ol’ high rise office building outside the Perimeter. And when I arrived, ahead of my fiancé who was coming from his office across town after work, I was thoroughly confused when I walked out of the elevator into what looked like a regular office waiting room — which was definitely not giving off a relaxing spa feeling. The owner of Opulent Wellness was waiting for us in the waiting room, however and greeted us warmly and showed us back to the conference room Opulent Wellness has turned into their own little oasis. We were having a couple’s massage and mani pedi combo, so I was the first to get a mani pedi while my fiancé got a massage next to me. The lights were low and calm music was playing, and it was utterly relaxing. My mani pedi came out beautifully and the massage was pretty good(not the best I’ve had ever, but pretty good), but unfortunately the whole setting, initially, was hard to get over. It’s weird to come out of your massage and walk down the hallway and see other businesses still conducting their own business. It would be much better if Opulent Wellness had its own space. The ambiance shift is just a little jarring, even though the services are certainly up to par.

This is the worst place a massage center could possibly be located. It’s in an office building(amongst several other buildings nearby). And there must be a thousand employees in this one building. It took forever to even find an open spot, forever to walk to the right building… Bad location. When I say I drove up and down each lot looking for a spot for almost 20 minutes, I really mean that. By the time, I parked and briskly walked towards the building, that extra 5 minutes I’d given myself was wasted along with 15 minutes of just driving around. Even though I knew I wouldn’t get my full time due to the horrible parking situation, I still looked forward to the massage. Well, the room was nice and dark. There was relaxing music and I was offered water. Good start, I guess? Once Keisha started on my massage, I started to allow my mind to drift. Well, not too long after, she was digging way too hard into my body. It was far too much pressure and hurt. I told her and she responded«Softer? Okay.» Well, no. She never softened up, so the remainder of the massage was spent on my upper body only(remember it had to be cut short) with me wincing in pain and just wanting it to end. She even took off an additional 10 minutes or so in addition to the time I had spent driving in the parking lot. NOTSATISFIED at all. I don’t see how a place like this has repeat customers. I’d never return and wouldn’t recommend.

Keisha wAs very professional and listened to my needs. I has a neck injury prior on the week and she worked extra hard to get that area where I wAs able to move around. I was very pleaEd since I was traveling and not local…

I will say most of my review is solely because of where it is located. It’s in a highrise office building, they share the same waiting room as people they work there from 9 – 5. You get your massage done in a conference/office room. It was the most awkward massage I have ever had! I literally heard a meeting going on while on the table. OK– if you can get passed all that. The massage was good. The table was the most comfortable table I’ve ever laid on. The sheets were magic. But I just wouldn’t recommend them to people that don’t work at the office building.
