I begun using One Source as my Property Management Company a year ago after a colleague highly recommend their service. One Source’s staff is very professional. Mrs. Mia has been consistent with collecting deposits and rent money within the agreed upon timeline. Thank you One Source

I am a property owner from the UK and having a reputable Agent is paramount.
I am currently changing over to One Source and I have to say that already I am very impressed with this company. Their system is far superior to anything I have witnessed so far — They are very switched on.
I don’t know what led me here — but I’m very glad that I found Mia and One Source Atlanta.

Unfortunately, I have to change my rating for Mia. Mia’s property management has become unsatisfactory over the past year. My house was vacant and I contacted Mia several times to check on the status of getting a new renter. After 4 months she finally agreed to go to the house and told me the house was not showing well because the house was not clean. I paid to have the house cleaned and fixed after the last tenant so I was confused why this would be an issue and why I wasn’t advised 4 months earlier! Mia seemed unapologetic and offered no real solutions so I hired another manager to see what was going on. She found tires on the side of the house, water damage and bleach stained carpets.
I expect a property manager to be my eyes and ears and to follow through on getting a house rented. If there was something preventing the house from being rented, I should be notified. I also expect a property manager to verify that repairs are done correctly. Mia’s service has become increasingly confusing with several new employees, answering services and notification systems that contradict each other. She has not followed through on collection services for renters that still owe money. The lack of follow through in ensuring that the property is well maintained and rented is appalling. I am no longer using her services and would not recommend using her services.

So far things have not gone well. Anytime I need to reach someone it takes several days. Phonecalls and emails are rarely returned. There are problems with their system and payment processing. I didn’t get good advice when selecting tenants. I am hoping it will get better, so I can come back to this review and change my rating (fingers crossed)
