If you go to this Office Depot us for Kevin Middlebrooks. He’s your man for printing and designing. Mr. Kevin made my gift certificates. He did a really good job. Retail is no easy task. So when I go in to any retail store I I try to have patience for the people working there. Because most retail places are understaffed so you have to wait sometimes for customer service. And that’s the company’s fault not staff.

NEVERCOMETOTHISLOCATION The most raggedy customer service EVER and I like Office Depot. I’ve been waiting and KEVIN the green eyed bandit was so unhelpful and had me waiting there for 20 minutes while he flirted with some man at the counter. Just ratchet. Never go here!!!

Copy &sprint service staff extremely rude, left our order and when we came back next day it was still not done. Save your time and go somewhere else.

An older Office Depot, this Sandy Springs location appears very dated. It’s definitely not shiny and new like the Staples formerly located south of here. That said, the store usually has all the supplies you need for home or small business use. The print center is limited(just two copiers). Staff is friendly, if not terribly efficient. You might have a bit of a wait if you need some help. Checkout typically has a line, even in non-peak times. Given the limited options along Roswell Road, the Office Depot is serviceable.

Awesome. Walked in and a manager immediately greeted me and walked me to what I wanted(paper shredder). He told me an associate would be with me momentarily, and he was. The associate didn’t try to sell me a model that was more expensive than the one I needed, was knowledgeable about the products, and carried my selection to the cash register. The cashier was friendly and gave me a free pack of paper for some sale I didn’t know was going on. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

I liked the store itself, but I hated getting there. The people inside were nice and one guy helped save me about $ 50 on one product because they had a couple items in the back that were discontinued, so he sold me that for a very reduced price over the item I was considering buying. That product works absolutely wonderfully, still. But, really, now to the meat of it all. This rating is not for the general idea of whole foods or for what it sells, but for the location. This area should be 100% anti-business. The traffic is absolutely wretched. It is located off of I-285, but just down from GA-400 and on Roswell Road. This area of highway and roadway is one of the worst in all of Atlanta at all times of the day. You can go at 8:00 pm and run into a horrible snag in this area because one asshole driver is wanting to turn left, but never got into the left turn lane in time. Or, someone is trying to turn right into a parking lot, but the driver trying to leave the lot is in a giant SUV, but doesn’t know how to drive, quite yet and is taking up the entire entrance/exit area. Then, the honking begins. Both are honking at each other to try to let the other person know that he or she is much more important than his or her counterpart. Neither realize that they are both assholes and need to have their DL’s suspended for sheer stupidity. Or, you can go at 4:00 in the morning and you’ll have no problems, but the stores are all closed. So, it’s either go when they are open and take an hour to get the 5 blocks down the street, or go when it’s closed and wait an hour in the parking lot, but save the stress of dealing with all the dumb asses in Atlanta with cars.
