Dr. Shah and his staff at Piedmont are awesome. I first saw the nurse practitioner who was knowledgeable and comprehensive in asking what was going on with me. She set expectations for possible conditions and causes and ruled out other factors. When I saw Dr. Shah he shook my hand, sat down in a chair, and had a professional yet very friendly conversation with me. He did not rush and answered all my questions as he laid out a game plan for treatment. In speaking with him, it was clear that he was both knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner.
I also like how I did not have to fill out a million forms or tell them where my pharmacy was because I had been to another doctor in the Piedmont network. On a Wednesday afternoon there was only a 15 minute wait as a first time patient, but go a little early because parking is a nightmare.
