Literally, just walked out of this Moes. I have been a patron at this establishment a number of times. Upon my visit a few short minutes ago, I decided that I would not return and I will report them for health violations. Upon arriving, I witnessed an employee, Messreti(she eventually covered her name badge when I inquired), sneeze into her hand and then put on gloves. When I requested that she wash her hands she proceeded to roll her eyes and ask me what I wanted in a hostile tone. I promptly requested a supervisor, to which she pointed to a lady, Sandra, at the register. Upon letting her know my concern she stated, «she put on gloves, it’s fine.» I left. Chain restaurant or not, hand hygiene is the forefront of any good business, it’s amazing that they are so un-compliant about a simple request to wash hands, I will not be returning, and will follow up with the proper channels.

Welcome to Moe’s! You can’t beat $ 5.55 Mondays for a good burrito meal. I’ll eat here frequently. It’s clean and neat with a TV, and I love me some chips and salsa.

Pathetic quality ingredients across the board. Willy’s has far higher quality meat and better recipes at the same price point. It is a miracle that this place stays in business.

I do like Moe’s I just don’t like this one because the employees don’t know how to follow direction! I placed an order to pick up, when I called I asked for nachos ALLTHEWAY with black beans, chicken AND cheese on the side. Of course when I pick up I tipped as always when I arrived to my destination I find nachos drowning in cheese with beans and chicken. Really nice! I called to speak with the person who took my order and they hung up on my after I stated my complaint. Pretty upset that I spent $ 12 on nachos that went straight to my garbage because it was nacho cheese soup with beans and chicken. Still hungry, now angry and I’m outta luck! Don’t go to this Moe’s the employees don’t listen!

This is a great place to get a quick meal. I love how they give you chips with the food, even though a burrito by itself will fill you up. The salsa bar is also good, you can mix and match them into individual cups depending on what you want.

Moe’s is a great place to grab a burrito. The burrito sizes are huge. I was able to split one with my wife, and we were both full from it. On Monday’s, they have a $ 5 any burrito special. Terrific price considering the portions they give you. One burrito can easily be shared among two people. They also give you free chips and there is a salsa bar where you can pick your own salsa. Love it! There is also plenty of toppings to choose for your burrito. Unlike Chipotle, you can have peppers AND rice and beans. There’s no limit to what toppings you can pick. Definitely give it a try.

I’m so glad Moes is back in Brookhaven! I’ve eaten there multiple times since its opening and the service and food have been exceptional and consistent. The friendly staff and clean environment is so welcoming. The store is spacious and the outdoor patio is ideal. Access to the store is easy with so much parking available. Welcome back Moes!

Welcome to Moe’s! I am usually a big fan of Moe’s, but this one just recently opened in the Town Brookhaven complex and looks as if it’s employees need a lot more training. First walking in I was impressed with the size and newish look, but then I noticed there were a lot of dirty tables with few customers in there for a Friday night during dinner rush. I then head up to the counter to place my order. The cook did not know what the menu item Billy Barou(Moe’s for nachos) when ordered, so had to tell him to just give me some nachos. After getting my meal and paying I went to the drink section and Moe’s was out of sweet tea, so got some unsweet. That wasn’t very southern of me, but it had to do. Found a clean table and sat down to eat. While eating, noticed one of the workers was filling up the straws, lids, and other condiments; but she opened the tea urn lid and looked in and just walked away. After dinner I get up to get a refill of the unsweetened tea for the trip home, there was almost a cup full of tea left in the unsweet tea urn before it too ran dry. I’ll go back to Moe’s again, but not this location.
