Marquis 2200

I have lived in this community for about 10 months and am loving it! From the very start, our community director Ricki has made sure that things have run smoothly for me, from the move in, to the maintenance and communication. As a matter of fact, the communication piece is such a impressive turn from what I have experienced with other apartments in the past. You always know what is going on in the community, there are constant email updates and tons of community events (even for your pets!) Most importantly, the quality of life is better. It is very quiet, lovely to look at and feels safe! Those factors are extremely important to me and this place makes the grade in those areas. The location is pretty good but does not help if you’re on a diet… too many good food options on/​off Lavista. ugh! LOL

I think the transition toward excellence has been rough. But I must say that the present staff has been very professional and hardworking. Our Manager is constantly keeping us informed of progress and improvements. This community has come together to fight for a safe environment.

Don’t be fooled. This property shows well but you will not live well. Management is unprofessional and doesn’t care about residents. There are home break in, car thefts and car vandalism ALL the time. I personally have been a victim. I am in the process of finding new housing. The break ins happen during the day and many of us think it’s an inside job. You or your family are not safe here, especially for what you pay. The gym equipment is NEVER working and valet trash is a JOKE. I cannot stress enough my aggravation or frustrations enough with the Marquis2200 in this review. No one takes the time to write reviews which is why they have the rating they have. And also the name has changed several times but the issues have remained.

I just moved here to Marquis 2200 and I must say with the situation I was facing, the staff jump to the occasion to make my transition quick and smooth. Cody gave 110% to sell me on the 1 bedroom which I might add was gorg. from the start. The amenities as well as the space is worth every dime. The location is perfect. When you can have that all wrapped in one with a great sincere staff there is nothing better. Thanks Cody, Gina and Ricky for making this the best decision I made this year!!!

Besides a billing issue I had sometime in September, I think my experience here at Marquis 2200 has been a pleasant one.
Ricky and her staff are very professional and I would say it is the best experience I have had so far. There is a gym with a yoga room, pool, and all the amenities you can think of. There is also valet trash pickup, which I didn’t know existed until I moved here to Atlanta.
