If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The staff is rude and completely unprofessional. The women at the counter (cory) ignored me when I entered the store, I had to walk up to the counter to ask a question about a piece of merchandise and she was cursing at her ex husband over the phone about their children. It sounded like an episode of Jerry Springer. I knew all of this because the entire store could hear her conversation. A different customer walked up to the counter and Cory held up her finger to tell this customer to wait a minute, and continued her conversation. I stood there for over 5 minutes waiting for some help and she never helped me and I ended up walking out. This store looks very nice from the outside but it is over priced and quite frankly there are way too many stores in Atlanta that sell the same merchandise for better customer service.

Love this store, and its right in the neighborhood! I always tell my hubby that if he doesn’t know what to get me, come here. Amazing artisan jewelry, beautiful art, lovely dinnerware, sumptuous bedding, and all kinds of knickknacks (including fab stationery!). Come in, poke around, and fall in love. Yes, some of the prices are a bit eye-​poppin’, but the quality of what you’re getting (plus the amazing service!) is well worth it. If you’re thinking of doing custom furniture and/​or upholstery/​curtains, Margeurite’s should be on your list!

After breakfast at J. Christopher’s yesterday, I was walking to my car when I saw this little boutique that I hadn’t visited before. So cute!
A perfect spot to find a little piece of jewelry as a gift (or for yourself!) and tons of other girlfriend, hostess-​type, etc gifts from wallets to purses to candles to…Also a very nice collection of higher-​end linens, throw pillows and the like, with a few furniture options too. Pretty much heaven for any girl who loves to shop.
The owner and staff are so nice — and they have a Shop Dog! Who’s a trip, and they welcome customers to bring their dogs too. Luke and I will have to return soon — at least to visit and when my shopping budget returns, procure some chic things for my new digs.
