Maison Mathis

Great idea, awesome concept, pulled off well, too! Hoping to go out of ATL via the F gates again soon!
The beer selection was not vast, but it was different. It’s a nice change of pace from the standard flavorless fare. The food followed suit wonderfully, too. Cheese croquettes, while being more croquette than cheese, were still quite good, and the pear syrup was amazingly delicious! Too bad it’s pre-​made out of a bottle, but at least it’s high quality… and cheers to whomever thought to pair these two items up!
The croque monsieur was very delicious, with high quality ingredients. Just wish there was a bit more ham. What was there was very good, though, along with the cheese, dijon mustard, and some really amazing bread! Can’t wait to try other offerings there!
Fries were a miss, though. Could have been more unique and enjoyable. I liked the truffled mayonnaise with them, though. Overall, great change of pace from standard airport food and drink, and I can’t wait to return!
