As reported in other reviews, this company is terrible. Does not respond to emails, overcharges, gives fairly useless guidelines on how to use the service. Go with Mad Mimi or Mailigen. Much better, cheaper, and friendlier.

It has been 25 days and I have not heard back from Mail Chimp in more than 2 weeks. They do not care about their customers just Ben Chestnut’s «friends». Beware if you do business with this company. They are not professional.
