I’ve only lived here for a year or so, but here’s what I’ve experienced thus far in this building… Parking: assigned parking makes it easy, as you never have to worry about getting a bad spot one day(unless you’re assigned to a bad spot, then that sucks for you every day). Visitor’s Parking: limited spaces, but usually never an issue. Guess musts sign in their cars at the front desk. Noise Level: it’s different on different floors… my floor is rather quiet. My sister’s floor tends to be a little louder… either way, these walls are pretty thin. Pool: it’s alright… I love that it’s almost always empty. Laundry: can be done in the basement. It’s coin laundry so go to the bank to get your quarters! Fitness room: it’s just that. a room. One treadmill, one elliptical, one rowing machine, one floor mat and some random one off equipment. The TV is nice for a distraction. Overall: the building is rather old, but if you can get past that, the space is plenty big and very conveniently located downtown and right off of the highway.
