BUYERBEWARE! This company treats customers poorly if they are not satisfied with their products. They did not treat a customer with the proper respect they deserved after sending them a poorly made product. Their policies are bogus and should be revised. If you value your hard earned dollars, I advise you to shop elsewhere.

DONOTBUY!!! STAYAWAY!!! Horrible product and even worse costumer service!!! I ordered a karlstad sofa covers. They did not ship out the covers until over 4 weeks after I submitted my payment(their policy states they can take this long, so ok, I’ll wait). The covers were horrible. They looked frumpy… as if they were a few inches too big. The fabric itself lacked texture/definition, terrible quality. Makes Ikea look EXTRA cheap(which is a difficult feat, I know). Then came the horrible experience returning the item. They have a 10-business-day return policy. But it also requires you to contact them first and await their reply so you can then ship back the item. I got the item on May 27th(while I was traveling). I tested the item when I returned on June 2nd, and emailed them about wanting to return them item on June 5th(Friday). Because my email was outside east-coast business hours it was not replied until Monday June 8th. Since I got the item on May 27th, that means I have until June 10th to return it. I emailed them asking for an extension until June 13th(Saturday) because, as I explained to them in my email, I work 2 jobs(M-F) and attend school. For me, returning this item during a weekday means I have to take time off and miss out on wages. I explained all of this to them. Their response was: «I’m very sorry, but we cannot offer extensions for returns. Your return request was received after we closed on Friday(we are in Atlanta on Eastern Standard Time), and was promptly responded to when we opened on Monday morning. As noted on the website, in the terms agreed to during the checkout process, in the order confirmation email you received, and in the packaging information included with your order, we can only accept returns of items if sent back within 10 business days of receipt. Again, I am sorry, but we put that information in the multiple places to be clear regarding our policy.» They did not ask me what was wrong with the product. They did not ask me if I wanted an exchange or a store credit. They simply did not care at all about helping the customer. In fact, in addition to all of this, even if I manage to return the product in a timely manner there is a 15% restocking fee… restocking fee for what?! They don’t actually have to restock anything! This is not how customers should be treated. While maybe they don’t have to offer me an extension on their shipping policy, I am shocked that they didn’t care to know why I even wanted to return it. They simply did not care at all about earning my repeat business. This was a very unpleasant experience, a waste of my money. Do not do business with these people, if anything were to go wrong, they simply will not care to solve anything.

Amazing customer service and beautiful products. I bought two slipcovers for my 10 year old Ikea Henriksdal bar stools and they fit perfectly. The chairs are like brand new again!

I had an amazing experience with knesting. Love the 2 sofa slip covers I had made. My fit was perfect and the contact person was immediate in response to my emails and extremely helpful. I could not have been happier. I also loved the fabric. Thanks knesting I will be using you again!

Horrible fit and not even an interest in assuring my happiness. Do not order from them — the slipcovers do not fit properly and make my chairs look frumpy. Very disappointing.
