Joinus Dry Cleaners

I am very picky when it comes to dry cleaners and this place has earned my approval. They do a very good, professional job, and really take the time to do things properly.
For example, one time I forgot to remove my collar stays from my shirts when I dropped them off. When I picked them up, I found they had removed them for me and put them in a small baggie attached to my dry cleaning. Some other places would have just left them in, pressed the collar with stays still inside, and destroyed the collar.
All, in all, excellent service, just a bit expensive compared to other dry cleaners in the area.
Additional note, they do participate in the Thanks Again rewards program.

My experience with Joinus Cleaners was easily the «WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I’VE ENCOUNTERED TO DATE». Not only is their dry cleaning service MEDIOCRE, they’re overpriced… and even worse than that, they LOSE the clothes you pay them to clean. Case in point, I recently took a total of «13» pieces, which was clearly indicated on my original receipt, to this establisment. When I arrived 3 days later to pick up my items I presented the «manager» with my receipt. She gave me my items and I assumed it was all there. When I arrived home and prepared to hang my clothes I noticed I was MISSING one of my suit pants. I called Joinus to let them know I was missing a pair of pants and received a voice message saying their inbox was full… first indication they were TROUBLE! When I went to the store the next business day I spoke with the «manager» again. I explained that I was missing a pair of pants and needed them to be found and returned. She immediately tells me they didn’t make an error — before she even checked into the matter. She then prints a different receipt that indicates only «12» items were submitted. When I asked her to print the original receipt that was given to me when I dropped my clothes off she stated that she didn’t have the capability to print it. After a few minutes of going back and forth with her she made a half-a$$ed attempt to appease me by telling me she would search for my pants… in a room that I’m sure was filled with thousands of black pants! Really! I felt like my intelligence was being INSULTED and realized that this was going nowhere. Because they RECREATED a different receipt, they covered themselves and left me with no legitimate argument and because she did not have the ability to reprint the original receipt I was given, I had no evidence to support my claim. She claimed that she would contact me if she finds my black pants, after telling me earlier that they don’t have it (not holding my breath)! I may be out of luck this time around, but if you’re reading this review my hope is that you don’t make the same MISTAKE I made.

DO NOT GO HERE. This place is ridiculously overpriced. I don’t know how anyone on here thinks they have good prices. They charged me $ 5 to dry clean each shirt, $ 5.50 per pant, and $ 11.50 for each of my girlfriend’s dresses. But wait, they have the option to do a regular wash for the shirts for $ 2 each as well. Wow what a deal… Every other dry cleaner I’ve been to in my life is cheaper than that and the whole point of going to the dry cleaner is to get your clothes DRY CLEANED. My mind is blown.

They do fast work at a great price. They know my name and recognize my car when I pull up. Other places have wrinkled the collar on my shirts. They do a fine job. I would suggest them to anyone.

Never had a problem! They have done good work for us, prices are right, they know my name, see me pull in and have my order ready by the time I get in the door.

The service is decent enough, but I am giving 1 star due to my experience there. I took in 8 shirts and 2 pairs of pants last week. Most places this is about a $ 20 bill. When I picked them up, they charged my more than $ 40!!!
When I complained, they claimed they had to give me an extra charge because my shirts are larger (I’m an XXL) and because of the buttons!!!
They refused to come off the price a single dollar of apologize for not telling me about these costs up-​front.
I’ll never use this place again.

I recently took my suit here to be dry-​cleaned, lured by the Delta miles. However, it turned out to be a poor choice. They called me saying that there was a rip in the suit pants. When I went in to look at it, there was a huge rip down the back. When I brought the pants into the cleaners, they were NOT ripped at all. It still baffles me how they could’ve ripped it so badly and not taken the blame. Tonight, after having to purchase new suit pants to match the jacket, my wife & I realized that there is a small hole in the jacket as well! What the!!! I don’t intend on ever bringing my clothes here again. Oh, that and their prices are more expensive than other places nearby. Not worth the extra Skymiles, not at all.
