My experience with the front desk staff here has lacked customer service. They are not the type of women that greet you on the phone nor in the office. Setting up an appointment seems to be more of a priviledge.
My appointment with Kristen was amazing. She is great. Attentive and answers all questions. She is great. Unfortunately, you have to go through the sour attitude at the front in order to see her.
