My wife and I just moved into our house a couple of months ago and I can honestly say, we got the absolute best house we could in a neighborhood we loved at a great price and that would not have happened if Jackie hadn’t been our agent.
Going into house shopping we really didn’t know how the process worked. I learned everything I could about the paperwork and what went into buying a house, but there is literally mounds of information that just isn’t written down. Stuff like «What to look for in an inspector» «When to haggle and when to offer list price» «What was the neighborhood like 10 years ago and which direction is it going?»
Jackie was outstanding and I’ve already recommended her to several people.
While she is a great agent, there’s also the fact that she is a really sweet person. She is attentive and listened to everything we said we were looking for. We had been out with her a couple of times with little luck. Then a house came on the market and we actually called each other at the exact same time. Me calling to tell her I wanted to see this house. She to tell me there was a house she thought I’d want to see. That ended up being our house.
We hope to be in this house long term, but if/​when we move, I’ll make Jackie my first call.

Not only was Jackie a pleasure to work with, she was incredibly diligent throughout the processes of selling my last home and purchasing my current residence. She has extensive knowledge of the property market and different neighborhoods around Atlanta and was able to offer detailed analysis to assist me in choosing a location to buy. Throughout the sale and purchase, I knew she always had my best interest in mind. Highly recommend!
