How did it go? DO NOT HIRE JOE AND IMMACULATE RENOVATIONS! They are the epidemy horrible contractors if you can even call them that. Over promised and most definitely under delivered. Since our renovations everything is basically falling apart. They have horrible craftsmanship, are unprofessional and attempt to be very sneaky with their prices. He will come in low and then nickel and dime you for everything. I mean everything. It is amazing that he is still working. His workers do not respect your house, break your appliances, are far from punctual and take short cuts whenever they can.
I could go on and on, but I won’t. Considering a lawsuit and definitely filing with the BBB.
Do yourself a favor and stay away!

We saw good reviews for Joe and his company on here and another major review site, and after getting a few estimates from other companies, we decided to go with Immaculate Renovations to paint the inside of our newly purchased home, add a cover to our patio, and stain the hardwood floors. The paint job was ok, however they completely botched the floor stain. In fact, they screwed up twice! After the first attempt to stain the floors, there were strange swirl marks all over the wood. It looked terrible. So joe agreed to re-​do the floors. We had to move out of our house for 8 days and pay to stay in a hotel… that cost more than the total of the floors. Once we were finally able to come home, we saw the floors were even worse than before! Some areas are way darker than others, and there’s a couple spots where you can tell they stopped and started, and it left a weird line… very noticeable. Not only do the floors look terrible, he didn’t even finish the cover to the patio like he agreed. We reached out to him a couple times, and he’s completely ignored us.
This is not a professional company, they do not do quality work, and don’t finish the job agreed upon in the contract. Don’t hire this company!

Just had Joe and his crew do some long overdue work in my bathroom. Wallpaper removal, wall prep, paint walls — ceiling — trim and new light fixture. They did a great job and made sure to clean up after themselves. I plan to call on Joe for any additional household needs!
