Heritage Station Apartments

I reside at you heritage station property. I am in DISBELEIF of the CARLESSNESS of you company and how I feel I have been treat while living at your property. There has been on numerous occasion where the fire alarm has been pulled at 9, to and even 1am in the morning. Now on your website you advertise to have 24 hour security and cameras but in reality the cameras don’t work, security hangs out with friend they know in the neighborhood while cars and homes are constantly being broken into. Not only that but the TRASH, EVERYDAY/​NIGHT I go to take my trash out I see RATs, CATs and DOGs eating away at the trash left OUTSIDE the dumpster. Now please don’t get me wrong I know the area is not the best but I don’t feel that we have to be treated like trash, there are no services that clean the property daily, MATTRESSES, COUCHES, CHAIRS old CAR are all things that are sitting on this property that make it look like the PROJECTS, Kids running around broken gates that do not work but you label this as a gated community when in fact outsiders that are not visiting anyone can come in and continue to destroy the property, Door locks to each floor don’t, NO FIRE extinguisher in the hall the list goes on and something must be done. I have gotten with other residence in the apartment community and if something not changed we will be taking matters to the news. We all pay RENT and all are hardworking people but we refuse to live like animals, I have been asking for almost a year just have my nasty carpet CHANGED and it was like this when I moved in, but I bet you the landlord has clean carpet at home and so do you reading this.
