I do not eat a lot of meat and the vegetarian with couscous was delicious! Also, love the Zapp’s chips! They do a great take on what seems like a one trick pony.

If I could give a 3.5 I would. I had the Buffalo Chicken Caesar Wrap $ 9. It was small for sure, but came with kettle chips and for a lunch was filling enough for me. Based on other ATL food trucks the price is comparable even thought more expensive then I feel it should be, but try and go somewhere and get out the door for less than $ 10. The wrap was good, nothing special. Since it was all wrapped up I can’t speak to the freshness comments from the other reviews but the lettuce was crunchy so that was a good sign. All in all, I’d eat it again the next time they come around. PS — I chose to ignore previous 1-star reviews and you probably should too based on practically the dumbest thing I’ve heard: «Granted the food trucks have expenses that brick and mortar establishments do not have…». I mean come on. So no land lease and no building start-up costs is less expensive then an old slightly beat-up remodeled FedEx truck? I think not.

I’ve tried both of their salads, the Argentinian steak and the Buffalo chicken. Both was very memorable, especially the steak salad. The meat that they used for their steak is so good. Buffalo chicken salad is also delish especially with the crispy pork rinds inside. Portions are nice but I would need to eat two salads to get full. I can’t tell you if the portions are worth the price because I tried the salads at a catered event. But the food is good enough for me to seek them out again.

My favorite food truck that comes to my office park! I like both the salads and wraps equally, but the best choice is the Vegetarian. The portions are perfect and the ingredients are fresh. Only con is that the truck doesn’t make a regular appearance.

I’ve never had food off a truck before. Really. The Hail Caesar truck was parked in front of my school today and being short on time I gave it try. Had the Buffalo chicken wrap with the potato salad. I had already left to go eat before class when I opened the box to find that I was given a bite(okay two) of salad rather than the potato salad I ordered. I chuckled to myself because it was basically two bites with my plastic fork then it was gone. It was good, but I was more looking forward to the potato salad. The wrap… you get a lot of food in the wrap. It was shredded chicken mixed with a buffalo sauce/mix, a light spread of romaine lettuce, and a plentiful helping of blue cheese chunks. It was pretty good, right amount of kick. It was cold… I thought the protein part would have been heated. That may have made it better. Did I mention it was a lot of food? I couldnt even finish it, so at least I got my fill on $ 8. But really, it’s a food truck. I set my expectations low and at least I wasnt disappointed… well, as far as wrap goes. Would have liked to have received what I paid for and had it not been for me needing to go to class I would have gone back to have it changed out. Oh! and in reference to the previous review commending their use of eco friendly take out boxes? Mine was made from styrofoam. =( Think I will try it as a salad next time.

I am so glad there is a food truck out there that features something light and not fried(or in a taco shell). Thank you Hail Caesar.

Last Thursday I woke up craving a salad. You can imagine the smile on my face when I saw that Hail Caesar was going to be parked at 10th& Peachtree for Street Food Thursdays. Despite the light rain, I got dressed and walked up to the corner. The Hail Caesar truck was easy to spot and the menu is posted on a dry erase board right in front for easy viewing. I ordered a classic Caesar. That’s all I wanted, but apparently it comes with some type of meat, so I chose lamb. It also came with a side and I chose the pasta salad after asking for a recommendation. They were right about the pasta salad. It’s delicious. Unfortunately, the salad wasn’t all that great. The lamb was sliced like lunch meat that was chopped and tossed in with the lettuce and dressing. In the end it was just a basic Caesar-inspired salad with chunks of lamb meat. Kudos for using eco friendly to-go containers instead of styrofoam. Next time I might try a wrap instead.
