Did this place become a hip hop club after a year??? Not a fan of what it has become now. The only days I would ever step foot in this place is a Tuesday night or wends day when I don’t feel like I’m in a club in west Atlanta

Wish I could give them No STARS! Came for afterparty for from Vegan Fest. The waitress put nonvegan ranch on our food when asked for vegan ranch, had an attitude and charged us 20% for groups, even though we weren’t a group. Then when I didn’t know she already charged gratuity I tipped her on top of that and she didn’t say anything. So she stole 2 tips for mediocre service. She also did this to several others. I contacted management and they were even worse. Lauren(one of the managers) was rude, then when told I needed to speak to the Dustin another manager or owner? he was even more disrespectful. Disgusting establishment and I will never come again! Give your money to a place that aren’t thieves & actually care about their customers. Soooo many people have had similar horror stories with this place.

Graveyard was extremely crowed when I visited. Could not move or get to the bar to order a drink. It was a quick in and out experience since it was more like mass chaos!

Funniest bar in Atlanta with the best dj’s .this place is really hipster, but going back to the djs they always have the best ones in atlanta and the drinks are cheap. I always find myself making out with a random woman when i go

Went here briefly since the bf and I had mistook this establishment for The Basement and thinking there were stairs access to down below. Nope. We paid the $ 5 cover and took a browse but didn’t stay long. The atmosphere here was more chill as people sat around and ordered food. There was the typical folks gathered around the bar. There was a number of people at the pool table and a few others on the dance floor with the live band that evening. Parking was relatively easy since we took his Ninja out. I did spot empty school lots that people did park nearby. There was also a park that one can even park. These are only a couple of blocks away.

Horrible service!!! The bartender long black hair short chick is absolutely the rudest chick! We had to go the bar to even get service then she stated they quit serving food 30 minutes ago it’s just 1220! So the 130 is if they feel like it. I definitely won’t be back and hope she gets a hug before someone punches that chick in her throat!!!

Let me start by saying I love the wings. Their entire variety is solid, which is why I called to place a to go order. Called ten times(yes ten) with no answer and a voicemail after three rings. OK, you’re a hipster bar and«don’t have time» to answer the phone. But I don’t want to go out every night and sit in a bar. I did want your wings tonight though. There are plenty of other places that have three times the volume you guys do and are able to do to go orders. Challenge yourselves and step it up!

I arrived late in the evening but the party was still going. I was refused entry because they are«closed», but they were clearly still playing music. The manager or someone in charge came outside and completely ignored me trying to ask questions. I was polite, yet still ignored. He looked right thru me as there was no one else outside. This is a bar in Glenwood not the Vegas Strip. There is no excuse for attitudes like this. Graveyard will never see another dollar from me or my friends. I hope they learn to treat people like people.

This is probably a place you should visit a few drinks in. And after having eaten. It’s a fine place to hang out, but for me, Graveyard is the kind of place you sort of end up at after hitting up a few other places. I don’t really care for the food. The wings were actually okay, but the nachos were unremarkable and the tots were overcooked. And then there’s the Caesar salad wrap. I guess it’s my own fault for even ordering it but the dressing tasted very odd. Our server was very sweet about it and comped it after it was clear I was not going to continue eating it. Beer list is okay, and there are some cheap drink specials. I am deeply uncool, so the music and dancing part of Graveyard doesn’t do much for me. But it exists here, so make note if you are into that sort of thing. Overall, it’s very likely I’ll end up here occasionally. Preferably inebriated to the point where I don’t care what kind of music is playing. And then I can a) pretend I know what’s even playing, and b) dance in my seat like an idiot with all fear of judgment removed thanks to the sweet, sweet embrace of alcohol.

Walked in and the place reeked of cigarette smoke. Turned and left

Yikes. This place has really gone down hill since I was last here two years ago. My wife and I both commented on how this wasn’t the same place we remember from a couple years back. We ate there last night, getting there at 8:00, and were disappointed that there were people smoking inside. The signs said smoking only at the bar until 9:00, but people were smoking at the tables and booths. The beer list used to be great and now it’s average, at best. The beers were a bit pricey, too – $ 6 for a Terrapin? I had the taco special, which was beef brisket. The flavor was great, but it was too dry. The tater tots were amazing, though – the best thing about the place. My wife had a salad and sweet potato fries, the latter of which were also very good. The service was good. I don’t see myself every going back. Average beers, average food, and stanky, smoky clothes don’t do it for me.

Was really excited to try this spot with my partner… unfortunately the service was horrible. I’m not holding it against the restaurant. The food was actually pretty good, but needless to say I will never eat here again. The server Lauren was rude and seemed to be very flippant with her attitude.

Full disclosure: I live in Chicago so I spend most of my time there, but frequent Atlanta to visit many of my friends there. My impression of this bar was very good. I’ve come here a few times now, and have never had issues with service as others seem to describe here. I find service to be hit or miss at any bar establishment anyhow due to the massive amount of turnover that is the nature of the industry. Moreover, on my most recent visit I thought the food was great. From my understanding from what I was told the menu is kind of experimental at the moment as it is under the process of being revamped, but the tacos I tried were excellent. There was a reasonable selection of drinks for everyone and in my opinion the prices were very reasonable. Not sure I agree with this place as being labeled as hipster, but perhaps the definition in Atlanta is different than that in Chicago? Or maybe it’s the fact they serve vegan wings? I’d say it’s more just a collection of people trying to hang out on the weekend, dance to a DJ, and have a good time. You can’t go wrong in joining in.

If you’re looking for a chill bar to hang with your friends and have vegan munchies, this place is for you. I went to Graveyard Tavern with a large group of friends after an event, and they probably have the best vegan wings I’ve ever had!(Even if you’re not vegetarian, try them! I promise you wont be disappointed.) Service was a little slow, but it was busy that night. Other than that, no complaints! Drinking, dancing, vegan food — amazing night.

They have vegan wings! While I’m not a fan of fake meat, this really hits the spot when I’m having a craving for wings(I don’t know of any other place) the sauce is good, and the vegan ranch is really good. Plus, it comes with fries(my kryptonite). It’s expensive, but worth it when I’m having a craving.

I officially understand how non-preppy people feel when they go out in Buckhead. Yep, that was me at Graveyard. They were young and hip and the DJ was loud. I am not that young and very preppy and prefer a wine bar. I actually like EAV a lot, but this place did nothing for me. If you’re looking to go out and dance and get drunk and grind up on a hipster, then this is your place. Allegedly the cast of the Vampire Diaries hangs out here, or at least they used to. Maybe I’m old, but there is nothing about Graveyard Tavern that really stands out as far as I’m concerned. For what Graveyard Tavern lacks in character, it makes up for in noise and crowds. I want a bar that has soul and a story or something memorable, but this place has nothing.

I am struggling to understand why folks come here. The dirtiness of this place isn’t comparable to a graveyard, but rather the restroom of a shell gas station. Is it cheap? Yes, but that’s the only thing going for this place.

You would think that a spilled drink in my crotch would make me hate this place, but alas, you’d be wrong. Yeah, the seating arrangement is sketchy at first, where your group must hawk and hover over a table of strangers while they finish their food. This is the only reason I can’t give Graveyard five-stars, as the people-watching extravaganza is a show unto itself. If you are into watching hipsters do whatever it is that hipsters do, then Graveyard should satiate your need for skin-tight jeans, and knit-caps in the summertime. Be warned that you must provide your own tobacco pipe to atleast appear like you are the hippest of the hip. The beer selection isn’t the best, or as good as The Argosy, but it’s plenty to appease beer snobs like myself for a short period of time. The food is quite good for what would appear to be just bar-food from reading the menu. The quality of the meal is what sets this place apart from other bars in the EAV, and should be noted that their burgers are pretty damned good. Their little finger-food appetizers are another series of items that are of note, and if you are fat like I am, then you should definitely partake in as many as possible. The character and characters are what keep me coming back to this place.

Alright, it is all good to go here! This place has just the right vibe. A little bit of this and that. Hip hop mixed with an ATL vibe interspersed with your favorite Hipster and Goth, sneaker head, metro, and fashionista! Yep… A little but of everything. Good drinks too! I went, you should go.
