Very disorganized and communication skills need much improvement.
Here is my experience:
Had a claim with Geico to repair the driver side of my car, but I wanted my entire car painted. I asked several times how much more would it cost to have the entire car painted. Each time the response I received was «We got you». The day my car was supposed to be completed I called and was told that the driver review mirror had gotten damaged and that they needed another day to finish up the work. I was a little surprised at that response and had to let them know that the mirror damage was apart of the claim. Problem #1 why and how was it not known that this damage was a part of the claim.
2 days later I go get my car however due to the rain I was not aware that the entire car was not painted until the next day when I awoke and saw scratches and other minor wear that was previously on the car. Too late though shame on me for signing over my insurance claim check to them. So I call up the other owner Phil I was told Oh I didn’t know and you need to speak with Chris. Problem #2 why isn’t there any communication between the 2 owners?
I’m irritated writing this review because I had faith in this business and clearly it has left me with disappointments. I am not sure what’s going on but like I said this business is truly unorganized and lacking true communication between the owners. Now I see why both times I have had to submit a claim to my Insurance Companies (State Farm and Geico) that this business is not on their preferred list. As a female this is why I hate dealing with men when it comes to anything that has to do with car repairs or maintenance. Had I been a man or a celebrity I am sure I would have gotten a proper quote on an entire paint job and more attention to my needs. Oh well thank goodness for sites like google and Unilocal where you can leave reviews. Lesson Learned

Awesome car shop. They went above and beyond and repaired and painted my car well. I would highly recommend these guys.

I had my windshield replaced here. They told me an hour and thirty minutes later, they’re finished. Super professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

The owner Chris and Paul are awesome, genuine guys. They make sure the job is done well and as fast as possible. They also price very fairly. As a female, with little car knowledge, I always worry that I might be getting ripped off but they do a great job of walking you through what needs to be done and why, how long it will take, and what the expected cost will be. Definitely recommend this place for body/​paint work or mechanical issues. I’ve been going back for most car related things since I first went there about a year ago.
