Lawrence is an AMAZING trainer, boot camp leader and nutritionist! He’s extremely encouraging and motivating — for me a personality like his is essential. I’m in the process of transforming my body, and while I still have a ways to go on this journey I see a positive change and results! His style is versatile, you’ll never do the same exercises session after session, he keeps it fresh! Cardio and strengthening is mixed into every workout and by the end you feel accomplished. I’m also following his nutrition plan, and through his guidance, have recognized my faults and where to improve in my diet. All around he’s an excellent trainer, dedicated and concerned for his clients, focused on YOU and what is needed to obtain optimal health. He knows his stuff!

I thought I was in good shape until Lawrence had me doing his HIIT workout. Fast paced, challenging, and fun. Lawrence is a great motivator and will push you to achieve the results you want. I’ve been doing the same type of workouts for the past couple of years. Strength exercises that have kept me around the same level with a semi-lean build. Like I said above, I thought I was in great shape, I’ve got an athletic build and I work out 3 – 4 times a week and run a few miles each week as well. I approached Lawrence to ask what I could be doing differently to get the results I want. He offered an introductory session to me free of charge. I went into it thinking«I got this». Man was I wrong. It was the hardest workout I’ve had in a long, long time. Lawrence offered great tips the whole time and really pushes you the throughout the workout without over doing it. The workout left me sore, re-thinking the way to workout, and confident I’ll get the results I want with Lawrence as my coach!
