Gables Mill

If I could give it zero stars I would. We get sprayed for bugs every Tuesday but see us on our walls almost ever day. Now, my wife is being harassed by four male teenagers when she goes to the fitness center. They’ve thrown basketballs at her while running on the treadmill and thrown water on her while on the treadmill as well. The management staff has no cameras and says they will change the code for the door… since no one under 18 is supposedly not allowed in the fitness center. They said they would only give the new code to residents over the age of 18 with proof of residency. Well… that didn’t change anything. These little punks continue to do it so obviously their shitty parents gave them the codes again. The office has no control over the residents. I’m just going to wait outside while she works out next time and wait until they go inside, go inside, call the police, and not let them out until the cops get there. This place is a circus. A disgusting, low class, shit hole. Stay far away!

Poor poor management as of April ’14. I don’t know where to start. Our rent was suddenly raised almost one hundred dollars after ONE year. We only moved in the place because it was affordable for our budget. It’s an old property, and we were told that if we wish to enjoy renovations on our warped counter tops, or new fixtures, improved fireplace (which is currently covered in ugly pink tile), new updated modern wood blinds, bathroom counters and more, we’d have to pay an additional $ 50 a month for the year on top of the large increase. I’m tired of our leaky bedroom ceiling, tiny toilets and kitchen, micro balcony, and neighbors that move mysterious metallic suitcases of who knows what in the middle of the night in and out of a unit that has no electrical service. The front gates to the complex are constantly open for no apparent reason. for weeks at a time. When they are actually in operation the line of vehicles to enter the complex can reach to the street and around the corner. I’m tired of what sounds like our neighbor strangling a woman that goes running down the stairs in panic to get away shortly after, tired of lazy neighbors that pollute the Chattahoochee National Recreation Area with whole bags of garbage, bottles, cans, food scraps, and small appliances. I called the county and what do you know. it was cleaned up in the next two days. Now the neighbors are back at it again. Seems there is little respect for nature. Tired of the slow and inadequate response from management when reporting important issues from within the community. Looking forward to finding a new place to live!
