2 bad experiences in 2 weeks. The food could be ok, but the service is horrible, more specifically the management. Anything you order takes about 20 min to make, whether it is a salad or a hot item. The manager is very rude(same woman both times), and does not understand the concept of ‘put the customer first’. I paid extra for cheese the first time I went, and extra for salad dressing the second time, however the manager told the employees not to give me anything extra since I already had cheese/dressing, and it was worthless to try to explain to her after waiting for so long. Freshii’s in other cities have always been pretty good, its a shame to see this location tarnishing the Freshii reputation. Will not be back, not worth my time or money.

Begrudgingly went to the food court, hoping to find something at least some what healthy and not deep fried. Seeming somewhat like a «healthy chipotle“they offer wraps, burritos, salads and soups that you can customize. From your protein, sauce, vegetables, etc there seems to be a good range. I ordered the Bangkok burrito with chicken. The burrito was way bigger than expected. I ordered an extra sauce to compensate for any that may be lacking, I definitely suggest that. The burrito fell completely apart after a bite or two and I ended up eating it with a fork. Aside from that the portion and flavor were great. As for staff, two of the employees were having a semi-loud, semi-inappropriate conversation — that although it didn’t bother me — I could tell that other customers were less than impressed with how they were acting.

So I arrive around 10:30am this morning and I see a girl listening to her headphones and I say, «excuse me are you guys open?» She says, «No, our food is still cold.» IT’S 10:30! You guys have had 30 minutes to prepare your food since opening time and it’s still not ready? I don’t expect 5 star service at a good court restaurant but jeez, that service was weird.

For cheap, fast-mall food, Freshii is really quite good. Lots of healthy options, vegetables and proteins sold as salads and hearty wraps and soups. Prices are fair for what you get. Smoothies, frozen yogurt and fresh juices, made to order. Free glasses of iced water for everyone. Friendly service. Free parking in the mall. I say don’t go out of your way to eat here, but if you DO find yourself at Lennox Mall, Freshii is definitely a great option that won’t leave you feeling bloated, uncomfortable or regretful like almost all other fast food joints.

Not vegetarian or vegan friendly. I built my own bowl and there was chicken in it, an item I did not order. The staff offered a refund, but was not able to process the refund that day for some shoddy reason or another. I have called back multiple times and no one is helpful or seems to care. On top of everything, when I look at my debit statement — I was charged twice.

This place is one of the few healthy options at Lenox, but the staff — other than the manager who is a great guy — is very unprofessional. The first time I went, the guy who waited on me was talking on his telephone the entire time he took my order. I ordered two burritos. He put the wrong sauce on one of them, and I really got the feeling that he was just slapping everything together. The next time I went, I ordered two stir fry bowls. They were soaking in sauce and one came up much larger than the other. Plus, the guy’s pants were so low that you could see his buns, which isn’t appetizing to me. Very little quality control and no consistency in what you order. This place has a lot of potential if they would hire decent help. But, I realize that good help may be hard to find.

Very cute place and great concept, but I just did not find the food flavorful at all. Also, my rice was overcooked. I hate mushy rice. I will say the veggies were very fresh. I did not find my steak to be a high-quality cut. I love chipotle’s steak, Freshii’s pales in comparison. I also had the detox juice which tasted like nothing but celery for a whopping $ 5.49.

A decent choice in the Lenox Mall Food Court for a healthy wrap. For its salads, bowls, and burritos, Freshii has unique flavor profiles that consist of large groupings of vegetables and sauces. There’s a Southern option(Baja), a barbecue option(Smokehouse), and several Asian options(Bangkok, Spicy Thai, Buddha, Teriyaki Twist). You can also order yourself a healthy smoothie. I ordered the«Bangkok» burrito, which should come with brown rice, spinach, cucumbers, mushrooms, carrots, red cabbage, and peanut sauce. Protein(chicken, steak) is available for an upcharge. At prime dinner hour, the restaurant was out of red cabbage. I was allowed to make a substitution, though, with any of the other vegetables. The amount of sauce in the burrito was a little sparse. The amount of vegetables put into the burrito, however, was generous. After my wrap was folded, it was toasted in a panini maker. I’d strongly recommend to the staff that they grease the panini maker. The panini maker was lined with aluminum foil — after a minute of toasting, my wrap was stuck to the foil. My burrito was removed with a bit of effort, but a little grease will prevent future problems. I’ll emphasize that this was a healthy burrito — if you’re going for taste, other options in the Lenox Mall food court will taste better. If you want something that is fast, healthy, and with a lot of vegetables, this place is a fair option.

Good, healthy options but NOT worth the wait. Staff is kinda rude. Would suggest just going to Chipotle instead.

The food here is really good and I would highly suggest it if you are trying to eat healthy. Although they have been very slow 9 out of 10 times I have eaten here.

This location is CLOSED. We walked all the way here only to learn that it is closed. Sadly the Lenox Information desk told us how to get to the place, but it took an employee of ChicFillet to inform us that it closed a few months ago. Way to go Lenox Mall information desk.

This location is located in the food court in Lennox Mall. You have the option of making your own bowl. I opted to make my own salad. They have clipboards with an order form where you build your own bowls. Overall, the quality is just alright. Nothing spectacular. Plus, they don’t really follow your order to a tee. I asked for dressing on the side but they put it on the salad and I asked for it chopped, which they did not do, and both were options on their order form. They also see juices, smoothies and yogurt.

Not bad the Lemongrass Soup is good… I had the option of adding quinoa but didn’t know I could omit the rice noodles… I’ve purchased the Mediterranean bowl and I create my own juice… really good food

I actually really liked this place, but just wanted to give others a warning that it looks like it’s been closed for almost 2 months now.

I gave this place a shot merely because I was a bit over the standard food court options. I ordered the buffalo wrap — it is not served with chicken, so you must pay extra to add that in. It is essentially a salad with buffalo sauce, then bits of chopped up chicken if you choose to add that in. The wrap was absolutely enormous, so I wasn’t sure if that was portraying«healthy» that much. I had a hard time finishing it. Considering I’m eating in a food court, I am a little pleased it’s something not covered in grease.

I have to address some of the negative reviews on here about Freshii not being a healthy option. There is a reason I prepare 95% of my meals at home — you just can’t compare«fast food» to homemade meals with fresh, local produce. I did look up the nutritional facts, and they were surprisingly healthy for mall food(or any food for that matter). The Unilocaler who posted that her soup had 600+ calories and 1800 mg sodium did not inform you that she ordered the larger option — one serving is one bowl which has 348 calories and 988mg sodium. Admittedly not great, but look up any restaurants’ soup options and I guarantee this will be one of the lowest you find. Also, if you’re truly trying to pick healthy choices, soup is only really healthy if homemade from scratch… Served in a restaurant, it needs salt and sodium both for taste and shelf-life. The warrior bowl mentioned by another Unilocaler was also surprisingly healthy(again, for mall/restaurant standards, not compared to a home-prepared meal). It has 448 calories and a measly 2.17g Fat. Protein was impressive at 23g and carbs were a bit high at 83g. Fortunately Freshii gives the option of substituting rice or noodles for Kale … I couldn’t find adjusted nutritional facts for subbing Kale, but it would greatly lower carbs and increase health benefits. Long story short — it’s just plain silly to say that this is not a healthy alternative to the rest of the junk out there. Obviously it’s best to prepare fresh food at home, but in a pinch this place is an excellent choice.

I’ve only been once, but was very happy with my first experience. Really, it was a 5 star trip. I will be back and will probably upgrade to 5 stars but I like to try a place more than once before giving out 5 stars. I ordered the Wrangler. It was very tasty and felt wholesome with the black beans and brown rice. They did take a while to put together my order but there was a line and they have just opened so I won’t ding them on that. I’m super excited to have a better choice at the Lenox Food court.

«Fashionably Forward Freshness» I know you are wondering what does that mean«Fashionably Forward Freshness» well, I’ll tell you! Have you been to Lenox lately, the mall is undergoing a makeover, and the food court is now called the«Fashion Café, clever, huh? Finally, the food court(I mean fashion café…lol) got«FRESH»! Freshii offers shoppers and guests, casual, customized, healthy food, what took so long? Freshii has limitless options for vegetarians, vegans, anyone that want something casual, healthy, fast and nutritious. The menu includes salads &wraps with names like«Metaboost”(spinach, kale, mangos, goat cheese, edamame, roasted almonds), «Superbiotic”(spinach, chick peas, artichoke, sundried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, red onions). The menu also includes various rice bowls, soups, burritos, juices, customized smoothies and probiotic yogurt, yummy, making me hungry! I tried the Thai Lemongrass burrito(quinoa, cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, cilantro, edamame, spicy lemongrass sauce) it was crunchy, seasoned just right, delicious, I highly recommend it! So, the next time you’re at Lenox, eat food that energizes you, so you can shop til you drop!

Do not be fooled like I was today! I was excited to see Freshii at the Lenox Mall food court — with their storefront in shiny vegetable green and the blaring motto: «Eat. Energize.» Offering a menu of salads, fresh juices, wraps, soups, and yogurt, Freshii, which opened today, claims, on their website, «to aim to provide fresh and nutritious meal choices that energize people on the go.» Even better, they«want to provide meals and snacks that help you live your best life. Think: fibre– rich, slow-burning carbs, essential fats and lean proteins.» I opted for the vegan Asian vegetable soup, made of vegetable broth, rice noodles, raw spinach spinach, raw corn, edamame, raw carrots and raw celery. At $ 8, it was way over-priced, but it feels good to spend more if I have to support a healthy option. The rice noodles were like strings of cardboard. The soup was so salty that I felt a headache. I haven’t tasted such saltiness. And there was a chemical taste! While eating, I did my research on their website: My watery salt soup had a whopping 1866 mg of sodium and 682 calories!!! This is the equivalent of 8 Chick Fil A large waffle fries! I think I have that much sodium in a week. I felt pretty awful all day and am now detoxing from that horrible lunch! The lady at Roots Juices advised celery to detox from all that salt. Healthy food? Yeah right!
