I had been going here for years growing up and they used to be great! But the past two years the service has really gone down the toilet which is really sad. They overbook appointments all the time because they don’t like turning business away thus they rush with clients and the nails look horrible. Do not get your eyebrows done here either! They do a horrible job, and even gave my sister a 2nd degree burn on her face with the hot wax. I had my last straw the other day and I will never go again, as a veteran client they did not inform me of the rise in their prices until after I got the service done and it now cost $ 17 for a simple pedicure! Plus my feet felt untouched and my toes looked horrible, very messy, as they have the past few times I’ve been in there. Very disappointed, will not be returning.

I went in for mani pedi, the owner. I assume, took 40 minutes to complete it as she kept stopping to attend to incoming clients. My polish job looks like a 2nd grader did it. She left so much cuticle on and polish all around the edges. I asked her to cut more cuticle and clean the polish up but because she was back & forth with other clients, it was like talking to myself. As I sat silently endured my poor manicure service another woman loudly expressed her dissatisfaction with the pedicure she was receiving and walked out midway thru. My pedicure went smoothly minus the fact that I had to struggle to put my shoes on with wet nails. never again.

We were in Atlanta this past weekend for a wedding and a friend recommended this nail salon to us. We called ahead to make mani-pedi appoints for four of us and they were able to fit us all in. Jennifer was extremely sweet and did a great job. $ 25 mani/ped is a wonderful price! If you don’t have your pedicure in the spa chair, it’s $ 22 for both.
