Check in was ok, however while standing in line to check in a Mother with her two small sons asked for towels and wash clothes. The attendant gave the mother towels but told the mother there were not any wash clothes because she has to do the laundry. This should have been my first glue to run far away from this hotel. Upon checking in I told the clerk I was here for the birth of my grandson, the clerk stated she would give me an up grade which I thanked her. That same night I checked with the clerk Jazmine to make sure my reservation was for 2 more nights, Jazmine stated yes. I then asked her if I would have to check out of the room I’m in and she stated No. The next morning before going to the hospital I again checked with the clerk to make sure my reservation was for the room I am occupying. The clerk Leonard stated I will have to check out and check into another room. I explained to him the above story and Leonard stated that the clerk who checked me in should not have upgraded my room for the reason she upgraded. The General Manager told me I would have to come back to the hotel and check out and wait for another room to be available. I told the general manager I am at the Hospital with my daughter and will not be able to return by 11:00am. The General Manager then stated she will give me until 12noon to come check out, I stated to the General Manager I am at the hospital with my daughter who is having a baby and I will not return until later this evening, the General Manager stated she will remove my items from the room and store the m at the front desk until I am able to come back to the hotel and check into another room. The General Manager should be more concerned with customer service and allowed me to stay in the room which was provided by the staff and not remove my things from the room. I would advise everyone to read the reviews and believe them. I would NEVER stay here again!!! I would not allow my DOG to stay here!!! Be VERYAFRAID!!! POORSERVICE!!!

Well there was a mix up with my itinerary and there was no charge for not showing up the first night, which I didn’t originally want. But it made my day because I booked through a 3rd party(Expedia) and there’s usually a fee when there’s a no show. The check in went well, i got a first floor room(yay!). I’m kind of a hotel snob. I wish the lights were brighter into the room. I would have loved a full length mirror. When I walked into the bed room I noticed it was carpet floors which isn’t bad but I prefer wood. The bathroom had an annoying fan that sounded like a horrible car engine when you turned on the light. It was so unbearable, I got the room switched with no problem which was awesome! I had a great stay! Close to a lot of eateries like MiMi’s, chipotle, Flemings.

This hotel is over rated! It should be a –3 star hotel! When we walked into the lobby,(there was paint peeling off the lobby door) we also had to ring the bell to get in! There were no seats or no bathroom in the lobby. We walked up to the counter, and there was a woman dress in «bum attire» no uniform, no anything! There was dust all on her computer and she couldn’t even find our reservation! Also, it states that they have free breakfast! Let me let you know that it was a «grab n go» breakfast! The breakfast table was smaller than 2 nightstands put together! Horrible! The room wasn’t even big enough for two! Then when we told them we needed extra pillows, she looked at us as if we were crazy… She said«Pillows!!! Where we gone get them at?,!!» And then, we asked her for a few minutes so that we could make a call to get a bigger room. we walked outside for 5 mins, and she locked the door! The knocked on the door for about another 5 mins until she came. She knew that we were coming back! Why lock the door. We were right outside! As beautiful as dunwoody is, we thought that every hotel in the area would be pleasing to stay at… This hotel sucks, and it stinks! You don’t want to stay here!, trust me! Just save the extra money and get you a nicer hotel!

Yikes!!! They say you get what you pay for — but in this case I remember paying something and got nothing in return. If you’re thinking this is an affordable value priced hotel similar to perhaps a comfort inn — let’s lower the bar(and try not to trip and hurt yourself). The carpet was Nas-T!!! The hair in the shower wasn’t particularly appealing either(it wasn’t mine). The phone was broken and was constantly cutting out on you when used. Finally — the customer service???(An easy to control factor) horrible! There’s no room cleaning and when you ask at the front desk for fresh towels they will literally turn you away to go get towels for a trade in(because I was really wanting to pilfer a set of towels less comfortable than sand paper to abraid my skin with every morning). They will literally NOT give you a towel just because you asked — loved making the extra trip to satisfy their policy(because I’m all about paying money to be treated badly– it’s part of the reason why I believe in taxation) Go find another place to stay — it really can’t be any worse
