Normally not a complainer when I go to restaurants, but I had to write a review about this. My boyfriend and I went in this morning for two bagels and two iced coffees. Everything went fine I guess. They proceeded to make my boyfriends coffee and didn’t make mine. I didn’t say anything because maybe they forgot or got busy. Who knows. When the food came out and my coffee was still not out, I politely asked for it. He asked me «oh he didn’t make your coffee?» …clearly not. So the cashier went up to the counter, squirted some caramel in the cup(I had order a Caramel iced coffee) and gave me the almost empty cup, directing me to the drink station to make my own coffee. After they just made my boyfriends coffee, and forgot about mine, then they told me to make it myself. What is that about. Never in the south have I seen that. Absolutely ridiculous.

Been here a few times, whether it’s my order or someone else’s order who is waiting in line, there’s always one that gets messed up. Bagels are alright.

The staff is truly incompetent. Make sure you check your order before leaving, and don’t sit at the tables outside to wait on your order because they are too lazy to come out there. It’s best to stay near the register to ensure you get your food.

First time trying this place today. YUM! I tried the Spinach & Artichoke Chicken Sandwich. It’s not too pretty on the eyes but just imagine spinach and artichoke dip spread on a bun with chicken breast. Amazing flavor! Oh and the bun has spinach and cheese baked in it too. The potato salad wasn’t bad either, kinda tangy, but still pretty tasty.

All around delicious. Everything bagel w/cream cheese on one half, butter on the other. Nova lox on Everything bagel for the Boss. :)(picture taken) Excellent customer’s service on every visit, –thank you Desmond! and Chai Lattes were ½ price as are all other drinks Mon-Fri, 3pm-close. –Nice unexpected(due to being unaware) bonus. Everything so very fresh and Desmond even gave me a «doggie» bagle to take home to my 4 legged little buddy. Sweet all around, thank you.

Great coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice, but definitely not worth the wait or incorrect orders during the busy times. An order of one of their bagel thins and a coffee took ~20 minutes and they forgot the turkey sausage on the egg white and turkey sausage sandwich… kind of defeats the point of not ordering a bagel. At this point, I would say Panera is a more tightly run ship just down the street that’s comparable quality without the headache.

I had never been to Einstein’s before, and I guess I see why. We were enroute to somewhere else, coming from church, and we were starving. The gf said she«loved» Einstein’s, and suggested we try it. I said okay. Maybe it was this location, but what a JOKE! Lolololol! There were THREE employees, about six people waiting for their orders, NOONE to take orders, and the one guy making food was running around the kitchen shop asking customers repeatedly what their orders were. I mean, can’t you read, dude? Isn’t it on the screen above your head? When it was finally our turn, and AFTER we paid(by debit card, no doubt), the guy comes over to tell us they don’t have any«wraps». We had both ordered wraps. I heard him telling other customers they didn’t have various items, and saw him having to remake two sandwiches that were made incorrectly. Horrible! I asked for a refund, got one, but it goes back to my debit card, which of course will take about 4 days to show up. No lunch, no money. Thanks for nothing, Einstein’s. You’re sure not very smart when it comes to making first impressions. Boo. Just say NO to this location.

This is a chain bagel restaurant. If your expectations are not too high, you won’t be disappointed. This is not to say the food sucks, because it certainly doesn’t, and you could certainly do worse(think grocery bagel with Philly cream cheese out of a tub). At the same time, there are better, more legit NY style bagel shops in ATL. If you are driving by Einstein’s in the AM and hungry, certainly stop in and eat, just don’t expect to have a NY experience… if you hadn’t noticed, we area not in NY, so deal. Good coffee and very good customer service. Also, I love the seating layout, with a lot of small tables, some bar type window seating, and a large community style dining table if you want to talk to strangers.

I decided to go to Einsteins for lunch with my Mom because Willy’s was packed. I walked in to an empty restaurant(very awkward). I hadn’t e ever xperienced lunch at Einstein’s before. We saw a picture of a BLT and both ordered that. We made sure there was no mayo on the sandwich and asked for sides of mustard. We pay and have a seat. I start to thinking, maybe cream cheese would be good. I ask for two sides of cream cheese, @ $ 1.50 a pop(REDIC!). As soon as they deliver the cream cheese, i notice this odd stenched sun-dried tomato sauce on my bagel. I’m like CRAP… we tell them we didn’t know about the sauce, and they proceed to sarcastically read and point to the menu… then ask us if we were allergic to tomatoes(really…). After we are both shocked that we are having to pay $ 3 for cream cheese and now there’s a weird sauce on our BLT already? After complaining they female behind the counter threw her hands up and said she would re-make it. At that point, we sat down and ate our nasty sauced BLT with rubber bacon in a quiet, empty, sad Einstein’s. I wouldn’t return to this Einsteins… ever.

On better days, I enjoy all Einstein Bros. bagels, bagel thins, sandwiches, coffee, etc. All of their food items are fresh and tasty. However, the service at this particular location needs work! Today of all days an employee wanted to take his sweet time executing an order(where I was tasked with picking up the bagel bucket for our team lead’s birthday… and setting everything up before she arrived). It took about 15minutes from the time I ordered my bagel bucket to actually receiving it. At other locations, this should have taken no more 5min with no breakfast rush as it was today. There were a number of customers after me that received their orders, which actually took time to be cooked. I noticed that one of the make line employees told another that I was waiting on my order and he responded«I’ll get to it» while he proceeded to finish a coffee order of a male customer who arrived WAY after myself and other customers. I also observed the what appeared to be a manager make mention to him about my order and he ignored her. She then put together my bagel bucket and I was able to leave. Poor customer service is not indicative to the entire store, but one employee dropped the ball and muddied up my overall experience.

Not at all impressed with this location – there was total chaos occurring when I stopped in this morning. First, they were out of the«smear» I wanted. Then, they cut my bagel all unevenly and barely put any«smear» on it. Finally, the coffee station was a disaster. I can’t say the staff seemed very interested in being there at all today.

I love this location. They have taken VERY good care of me. I once needed a HUGE next-day order for a Sunday morning, and they all showed up extra early and had everything waiting for me promptly at opening. They have a great selection for lunch as well. I love going there for a change of pace from typical sandwiches! They also have great programs for free food and drink. I have earned several dozen bagels free from them as well as a few sandwiches!
