This an outstanding find in the Midtown area of Atlanta about a mile and a ½ from the Midtown MARTA station. It is directly across from Taco Mac, and down the street from Sweet Hut. Sonia is beyond helpful and goes above and beyond to assist customers when looking for unique items. Personally, I walked in just for a card, but before leaving saw at least four other items that I wanted to purchase as gifts during a future visit. I will definitely be back soon!

I ‘ve walked pass this shop plenty of times, today I decided to venture inside. Wow! Its a beautifully decorated shop, everything is eco friendly, they have elegant fragrance candles, calendars, handcrafted jewelry, an array of flavorful teas, chocolates, artsy greetings cards, home accessories, pet items, so much more. I decided to pick up a few gifts for my family, «Tea Forte» was my choice, a heart shaped. gorgeously designed boxed with 5 Indulgent & Decadent Chocolate teas plus more tea… limited edition, 4 handcrafted silken tea infusers, flavors such as, Sweet Orange Spice, Spiced Ginger Plum, Winter Chai and Rum Raisin Biscotti. This a great spot for that one of a kind. personable, eco friendly, and unique gift.

I was in ATL for a wedding and still needed a gift the day of! I walked by this place and knew I’d be able to find something. I told the owner about my friend and my budget, and she helped me put together a great gift set. Cool, unique items, and awesome cards make this an awesome 1 stop shop! I got something for myself, too. A really fun print that was on sale. Amazing gift store, super friendly staff– highly recommend!

I walk by this place very often and my brain wants to go in, but my legs are always rushing to get bubble tea at Sweet Hut. I have to say that I’m happy that I finally stopped by. I love places like this and The Merchant over on the Westside right in front of Octane Coffee. Eco Denizen sells an impressive array of locally-made gifts like candles, jewelry, cards, artwork, pet supplies, and a whole lot more. This place is made for people who enjoy browsing and actually stopping to observe the products. The store isn’t too small, but it can get a little crowded because they have so many interesting stuff, so if you have love-handles like me, be careful not to knock anything over.

I wish I had visited this store sooner! It’s eco friendly but also a really cute boutique with jewelry, home décor, greeting cards, and so many great gift ideas. The owners are very helpful and take customer service seriously. Oh, and they validate garage parking. Awesome find!

The first time I stopped in, I thought it was a pop-up shop, as they were very popular in this neighborhood two years ago. I came back two weeks later and they were still here to my(delighted) surprise. I had a chance to chat with the owners briefly and they were awesome, down to earth, and genuinely friendly. I only live across the street, so I continued stopping in every two to three weeks and somehow always found some cool new gadget that I couldn’t live without. Having shopping in this neighborhood was a whole new world for me, Midtown tends to be overflowing with restaurants, not so much with gift shops. The last two years I’ve done the bulk of my Christmas shopping here: candles, soaps, jewelry, books, candles, bags, and more candles. Words can’t describe how thrilling it is to be able to walk across the street to get a host gift on the way to someone’s house or to get a last minute birthday present and card. It was a gap that I am so glad is finally filled in my neighborhood. No need to ever get in the car again!

This is a neat little store for earth-friendly gifts. We wandered in on a Friday afternoon just poking around, and walked out with a sweet adjustable belt in toothpaste green and having added about six other things to our mental Christmas lists. Natural cleaners available in bulk, shopping bags that held incredible amounts made out of recycled material, wallets and bags made out of soda tabs that looked like chain mail – there’s a lot of stuff here that’s just plain fun to look at. If you’re an Atlanta resident, they even have eco-conscious remodeling materials available for purchase. All in all, this is a really interesting little shop, and one that’s worth your time if you’re looking to browse.

Having both a renovation and a build-out in my mind, I decided to stop into EcoDenizen after work today. I thought to just get a good picture of what options I could have when renovating my kitchen and bathroom. I found a beautifully-decorated store with a wide range of items for anyone from the casual shopper to someone(like me) who’s interested in some potentially serious gutting-and-replacing work. I first just browsed around, noting items like bulk cleaning products, tumblers made from old wine bottles, and tote bags made from old seatbelts. As I was browsing, Gene(or T. Gene from his business card) asked if I was looking for anything in particular, and we got to talking about more involved green choices in the home. I learned that in addition to eco-friendly odds and ends such as LED lightbulbs, EcoDenizen will also provide architectural design and renovation services through Gene’s wife(who is an architect whose name I didn’t happen to catch), such as kitchen remodels for countertops or cabinets, or lighting redesign. To top this all off, while I had to take a call, Gene helped another couple who walked into the store with a question about where to find live music. As David K. says: Nice People Work Here.
