My visit to the Buckhead Diptyque Boutique was an outright pleasure. The staff was very knowledgable and extremely helpful. The product presentation is top notch and the interior of the store is immaculate. The store manager, Trisha, is a gem. She was so polite and you could tell from her extensive knowledge of the products that she has been with the company for quite some time. The pricing of their products is well worth it for the quality of goods you will receive. I cannot recommend a visit to the Diptyque boutique enough. I am now a repeat customer and my home smells like a summer breeze blowing in from the coast of France. Diptyque is a great place to find lots of holiday gift ideas. A must visit in Atlanta.

Love this place! Been in twice so far and each time had a great experience. The staff are very knowledgeable and do not pressure you to buy. The scents are amazing!

I purchased the hourglass diffuser and could not smell it at all. I went into the boutique the next day to ask if I should give it more time to fully absorb into the sponge. The manager (Trish/​Trisha) said I needed to use it in a tiny space such as a bathroom. She also suggested I use it in a room with a draft in order for the scent to diffuse into the room. I asked if I could return the item if I didn’t have luck with it in a smaller space. The manager stated opened items could not be returned for any reason. I asked her if defective items could be returned and she stated that my item wasn’t defective, I just shouldn’t expect it to fragrance a large room. I just checked the Diptyque website and it clearly states that items can be returned for any reason within 14 days. I will never purchase from the boutique again and I am completely taken back by my interaction with the manager. If you do want to purchase Diptyque, i would recommend buying from Neiman Marcus, a store that treats customers nicely and allows returns.

I absolutely love candles and fragrances! Diptyque does not disappoint. There are a few place around town that sells their candles, but this is the only place that has the full line!
It is a small and very beautiful store! You should be able to find something for anyone, they have a broad range of scents for all tastes!

I visited this store for the first time and the scents were overwhelming. I couldn’t tell the difference between all of the scents and it may have been because the store was too small. All of the scents were really nice and rich. I left out thinking it was okay but when I got in my and and at home is when I realized how rich and deep the scents really were. I didn’t spray or rub any of the scents on me, what I was smelling was just from touching and holding the candles. The scents stayed on my hands for several hours just from touching the candles and bottles. I was really interested in purchasing some items for myself and wife until I looked at the prices! These items aren’t for the faint at heart but the scents are very rich and deep and will last. Candles $ 30-​$ 60, scented ovals to hang or place in your drawer $ 50. Room spray $ 60-​$ 135. I guess I’ll have to save one an entire weeks paychecks before I can buy something for me and the wife. Make sure you are assisted by the sales associate Maui, she provides outstanding service!

I love candles, and I love perfume. I have an abundance of different brands, and scents, as most women do. After going in this store, and experiencing all the different products and scents with the help of Maui (sp?), I am likely to be loyal to this brand and neglect all the others. Maui was so enthusiastic and knowledgable, and my daughter and I had a great experience with her. I bought my first two candles, and thanks to the samples she shared with us, I’m headed back next week for some perfumes and lotions! The scents are unlike any other! So happy to have this in Atlanta!
