Front desk: The service from the front desk staff was on and off at times. There were times when they were attentive and available. There were other times when I had to wait until I finally yelled towards the back room to get their attention. Room: The smell of the hallways told me that housekeeping was on their job. My bed was very comfortable and the room was cleaned and reset every day as I expected. Excellent job housekeeping. However, the location of the rooms face a busy street so traffic noise was loud during heavy traffic times(7−9am and 4−7pm.) Facility: The parking gate for the ramp is in need of repair. I believe it is due to the volume of drivers who use the gate every day. Hotel guest share the ramp with the Cumberland Center employees. This also means that parking spots can be difficult to find during busy times of the day. Some days and evenings I had difficulty getting in and out of the ramp due to the poorly functioning gate. The elevator area(off the parking ramp) that guests have to use to get to the hotel lobby area is in need of repair and cleaning. During most of my stay(3 of the 4 nights) the whirlpool and pool was down for repairs and not available.

Seriously dusty with mattresses akin to cots. Better hotels in the area. Pick one of those. Hotel was over booked and coworker was moved to the Renaissance Waverly for the same price. He definitely got the better deal.
