I wondered how this place can stay open this long. I guess it’s probably because of overpriced food items. They’re lucky my group and I (10 of us) came for dinner and we easily spent more than $ 200 there.
I ordered Mojarra Frita, and I was very disappointed because it’s very salty and the portion is small.
The service was terrible, one of my friends got hers after I finished mine. They’re lucky she was super nice and didn’t complain and still gave a generous tip money.
We probably should have gone to the other one on Chamblee Dunwoody. Big mistake coming here.

I came here craving some good anticucho (grilled cow heart) and mixed seafood ceviche.
While the hostess was very nice, the food was gross. The anticucho meat was as rough and dry, and based on the texture, it was probably some random cut of beef, not cow heart as it traditionally is. Moreover, I had asked the server if it was «anticucho de corazon» and she said yes. The «papas a la huncaina» was well seasoned and OK only. It’s probably hard to mess up this simple dish.
WORST of all: the ceviche contained sand, so that tells me they don’t rinse their shellfish and made me go yuuuuuck.

Muy bueno! for lunch they have several succulent specials for $ 7 bucks. I think 8 dishes that were on the special. Comes with Pan (Bread, more carb fuel!)
I had a meaty dish with fries and rice (Call the Carb cops). the plate was too small, I do not mean the quantity of food, but the size of the freaking plate itself. I was working hard at not spilling my rice, onion, beef, tomatoes, fries and rice. The food was good and the price was right. Perfect for someone who loves to have carb parties… and gravediggers, mechanics, truckers and big eaters all over! Not sure what the nightlife may be like tho I am digging the Spanish music they played.
If you visit, make a note to ask be served in a human sized pâté, not the barbie dish. Also, may want to carry a little Febreze with ya, the bathroom, althought is very cleans, reaks of poo poo. Maybe is a plumbing issue, and it was not a «personal plumbing issue», I arrived around 10:50am and I was the first there.
