I spoke to Tas, the leasing agent, who was extremely nice to me during my stay. The maintenance staff was also very kind to me whenever I had an issue. This place is also very convenient because it was near 10 restaurants and bars at MINIMUM within walking distance.

Relocating from Phoenix to Atlanta, I needed to obtain housing quick and in a hurry. After endless searching for an apartment complex, I found my next home at Collier Ridge Apartments. The staff was professional. However, the true star who made my experience flawless was Mrs. Zalima. She provided excellent customer service via phone and Internet. In addition, she made the entire move painless. I could always rely on Mrs. Zalima to get back to me in a timely manner. I was very pleased with my unit and knew I made the right decision. So if you looking for your next apartment in Metro Atlanta, Collier Ridge Apartments should be your first and last stop.

Poor management… I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money. I lived here 3 years. Didn’t have working plugs. When moving out they charged me for repairs they failed to make.

Let me begin by saying… this stupid ****lkjdkshgfsh&&*** apartment totally f’d us in the ass! I just recently moved out around the beginning of February. Our rent was 870 + 10 for trash. In the beginning the manager and staff gets you by being so nice and ‘accommodating’. When you do a walk through, they tell you to write a list of what you would like to be fixed… well, you shouldn’t even write that list. The paint on my tub was peeling off all over. Nasty. Never noticed, but the mesh on my window was torn like someone tried to break in. I’m sure they charged me for that too. Anyways, this is besides the point. Let me go ahead and write a few pros— you can basically do whatever you want here and it’s in a great location. That’s about it. Okay, on to my point. We have always paid our bill in full on time. No one wants bad renters history … especially if they’re in the process of trying to get a home loan!!! Hell, we even paid a thousand something just to stay an extra month because we weren’t ready for our move yet. —-On our last day, we didn’t know that we had to turn our key in that day before noon or be charged $ 75 or something around that. We thought we basically paid for that full last day in our apartment. My mistake. Well, so we agreed to pay for that and turn in our key the next morning. We turned in our keys along with a forwarding address. We patiently waited for our final bill. It NEVER came in… so we all thought our deposits covered it. And TODAY, I get hit with a collections notice for $ 349 and some change!!! I mean, they called me and my other roommates repeatedly about our last day … why couldn’t they have the decency to give me a courtesy call? Why they hell wouldn’t we pay a $ 349 when we’ve been paying $ 870 with no problems??? Does that really make sense? I was and am so infuriated about this. I called Collier Ridge and spoke to the manager and she basically said she has no control after the bill was supposedly sent out and to contact the post office and collections agency. I told her I did not want my renters history to be messed up by this and she said she couldn’t do anything about it and to just talk to the collections agency. She basically slapped me in the face through the phone and was like. bitch, that’s your problem now. you deal with it. So. in the end, there’s nothing I can do but call the collections and pay it in full. This all could have been prevented if they would have gave me ONE phone call… or harass us like how they did on our last day. Something. This has been one long rant of mine… but let me know if you’ve had a similar situation occur. I’m not a mean-hearted person… and I sure do feel taken advantage of. I feel like they didn’t even give an ounce of crap about if this could potentially effect a person /s future living situations. Thank you Collier Ridge Apartment… or should I say Christine?! She’s great at faking… that’s def a skill.

This place sucks under the new management. Go elsewhere. Trust me.
