City Heights Condominium

Been here since 2009. Love this place. Great location in the Old Fourth Ward, one of Atlanta’s hottest neighborhoods. This not a new development. The tower and Arbors were built in 1980. Sorry Barbara A. but your roof was green, leaky, and over 30 years old. Previous managers had actually brought in 3 feet of dirt on top of the parking deck and installed hard wood trees. The entire parking deck was in danger of collapse.
We have a half an Olympic size pool, dog park walk park, weight room large community room and laundry room. This is a good place to live.

Awful. Absolutely awful. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Not only do they only give you one parking space, they over charge you, the property managers are huge dicks, and they do construction year round. This is a relatively new complex – what are they always fixing? This morning, on a SATURDAY, I was woken up before 8AM by the loudest construction ever on my roof. It sounded like they were dropping 100lb weights onto my roof. My entire bedroom shook and it was impossible to sleep. I will tolerate early construction during the week, when most people are up early anyway. But on a saturday? Fuck that shit. They took away the one day I can sleep in. They do not give a shit about their tenants at all.

This place is seriously Atlanta hidden gem. My only complaint is the location isn’t near anywhere to walk really, though they are building up the fourth ward area. I lived here from 2010 – 2011 and it was one of the best experiences I have had at a complex. It is older so the occasional elevator shutdown for repairs was annoying but not enough to take away a star. The concierges that are there 24 hours are great, friendly and make you feel safe. Covered and controlled parking access, close to interstate, etc. Certainly recommend.
