Chipotle Mexican Grill

I came in around 3:30pm and the place was rather vacant. I walked up to the counter to place my order only to discover they didn’t have any cheese or lettuce prepared. I stood around for approximately 5 minutes and was finally able to order the salad I had originally intended to. After paying for my food, I exited the establishment and paused just long enough to see a less than stellar «74» food inspection score. Due to the food score peaking my interest/​concern, I opened the container only to find brown lettuce and clumpy cheese littering my salad. Meal in trash and $ 9.26 wasted!

Staff is usually friendly and the food is always consistent. Just crazy busy during lunch.

Besides that fact that #Chipotle gave me over cooked mushed rice she decided not to give me chicken either. My issues started with asking. The girl at #Chipotle to change her gloves bc she was dragging her hand over the counter and kept pulling up her pants with them on as well. #Chipotle she #Erica got an attitude and told someone else to server me, went to to serve the next guest with SAME gloves. I told them I wanted everything on side they put it all in bowl. #Chipotle after me asking her to make another she proceeded to take chicken from the old bowl with sides in it and put in back in the line with the cooked chicken to serve to other guest, note two people walked off line and out the door. I told #erica at #Chipotle that’s unsanitary she laughed and said how is that unsanitary you want it or not! is she for real?! I will be calling #Chipotle in the morning, and I will write a review to the health department of this isn’t handled. #Erica needs to go! And staff needs to be retrained. I want my money back bc my meal was disgusting. Such a disappointment I thought they just had issues with things like this.

Walked in and walked right back out. 74C on their health inspection report. This is now a trend with them. I value my stomach and health over their monopolized priced guac.

They have the worst service of any Chipotle restaurant I I’ve visited and I’ve been to several. I remember an incident here where I need to contact management because the service was so bad I emailed twice and I never received a response. I came here today for the free chips and guac promotion that they currently running and I walk out and see a score of 74 which is a c at best. A low C at that. I’m going to do my best to stay away from this place. Given the trouble Chipotle has been in lately if I’m going to visit this chain this will not be the location. I’m just not a happy camper with this place and they are below average

I ate at this location last night, it was my first time eating here since the Eboli scare. The food taste OKAY, not as tasty as it use to before the closure and reopen, but not bad. Unfortunately the next day, it did not settle with my stomach. I experienced an extremely bad stomach ache, and everything that comes with it. I will not be eating at chipotle anymore. I ordered a carnitas burrito bowl. The only thing that stands out to me now, the next day as I lay here with my stomach aching is the sign they have posted stating something similar to: «Carnitas does meet USDA and FDA guidelines but does not meet protocol …» I don’t recall EXACTLY what it says. I most likely will not eat chipotle again. Thank you.

With all of the issues with the quality of their food you would think these restaurants would make an effort to change. This Perimeter location has a 74. I would not recommend eating there.

Found a strand of hair in my poorly made burrito bowl. I fully regret spending over 11 dollars at this establishment.

Got a steak bowl here and most of the steak pieces were those fatty/​chewy pieces that you have to spit out. Absolutely disgusting Chipotle, get some better quality steak.

Food was good and fresh. I had the coupon for a free burrito and I didn’t get any extras. Seriously, $ 1.95 for a dollop of guacamole? Even though the burrito was good, THAT left a bad taste in my mouth…
I did notice they were taking and logging temperatures of the food they were scooping from. I’m not sick yet — knock on wood.

It’s Chipotle. It’s good. It’s a busy area and as any other chipotle it’s busy, if you come during peek hrs it will be busy… Duh!

My experience was great. Even though it wasn’t busy (I was picking up dinner early), all of the ingredients were fresh and ready. Even the rice was good– sometimes it can get crusty and dry if it’s been sitting too long. Surprisingly though, there was a decent amount of oil at the bottom of my bowl when I finished. I think the rice and chicken had more oil than usual Chipotles do. I was in and out in a jiffy. I can see how parking here might be bad, but there are plenty of spaces further back in the plaza.

I frequent this place a couple of times every month. Tasty and healthy veggie food does not get any better.

There was a woman changing her small child in the middle of the dining area. I was absolutely disgusted and the employees did nothing to resolve it.

This location of Chipotle is in the large Perimeter Center area, on the same strip as Robek’s and Shane’s Rib Shack, to name a few. This location happens to have their liquor license, so they offer margaritas which are pretty tasty.
There was almost no line at Chipotle when we got there right before 6. But after we ordered our food, the line went out the door. So avoid the 6 o clock rush and get to Chipotle before 6!
What was inexcusable to me was:
1. When they ran out of cheese. It looks like they use freshly grated cheese. They had us waiting over 10 minutes for cheese with no compensation afterward, other than overly profuse apologies. It was frustrating.
2. The lack of Chipotle Tabasco. I LOVE the chipotle Tabasco they offer at Chipotle. Usually the bottles are plentiful and filled to the top, but all that was left on the counter were empty bottles of Chipotle Tabasco. I ended up roaming the restaurant and found a bottle on a table with ¼ left.
3. The small portions. I shouldn’t complain, I don’t need any more calories in my body than I am already taking in, so I should be grateful. But I’ve been so spoiled by other Chipotle locations that offer huge portions, I was taken aback when I saw her spoon a small scoop of chicken over my burrito bowl.
Maybe I’m being overly critical but isn’t the slow time between 2:30−5 the time to rest and reset for the dinner service? This may not be the Chipotle location of choice for me, however conveniently located it may be.

This is the Chipotle location that turned me against the entire chain. I will never visit another Chipotle because of my experiences at this one.
This location seems to employ the stupidest people in the entire Atlanta Metro. Not only are they hard of hearing, they also don’t understand clear, concise and simple English.
The vast majority of the stupidity lies in the person «in the middle» that handles the salsa, cheese and other toppings. I have never in my life had so much difficulty getting through to a set of human beings in my life. The first person usually gets it all right, which type of rice and beans. Simple enough. The cashier doesn’t usually make too many errors, although on a number of occasions, they were unable to understand what, «I have double chicken,» actually meant. So, I made off with a little discount. It was comical to see the shrugs from the other patrons in line so as to say, «They can’t understand you, just take the free chicken.»
The ultimate gripe here is that the pico de gallo is frequently on the ripe/​rotten side and the chicken quality is trash. Seriously, as disgusting as Pollo Tropical is in Georgia (versus Florida) their food is still five times better than this slop.
When sending my complaint to the corporate office over the rotten smell of the pico de gallo, I receive the defiant response from the store (via the corporate office) that the pico de gallo was freshly made just two hours prior. Yeah right. Was it left out in the open for those two hours? Fresh tomatoes and onions do not develop a rotten smell in just two hours if stored properly. Food safety is not a joke.
All in all, I see this location has an abysmal rating of 2.5 stars; they deserve it.

After living nearby for 4 years, I’ve been to this Chipotle more times than I can possibly count. Lately though, I’ve noticed that with new staff, the service behind the counter has gotten so much worse than with previous employees. I don’t know if they underwent a management change or what but the service really makes us unhappy and dread coming back when we want a delicious burrito.
First of all, the SCRIMPING. Oh my god you have to beg them to put some damn rice in your bowl. My husband asked twice for more rice and still wasn’t happy with the half-​scoops he was given. I have to ask for at least two scoops of almost everything because they refuse to give you a normal amount of food. Chipotle isn’t cheap. Give me some damn food.
Then there is the cleanliness issue. They do get very, very busy; but if they know that, hire someone full time to maintain the restaurant. Food on every table and don’t even get me started on the floors. So gross.
If it wasn’t for the consistent food taste and quality we’d just go to Willy’s every time (although I cringe using that as a comparison bc they are completely different). But the truth is, when we don’t feel like dealing with the hassle of this chipotle, we go to Willy’s.
Oh I almost forgot, the new Chipotle that opened in Perimeter mall is a nice alternative if you don’t mind parking/​mall food court/​etc.

I will admit that I am a fan of the Chipotle chain. Now, while I like their competitors as well; they being Willy’s and Moe’s, I find Chipotle to be just a bit better. This is just so subjective!
This particular location sucks dingleberrys. I did heed the warnings and place my order online. I went around 12:30PM on a rainy day and it was extremely frustrating. The parking lot is infinitesimal and packed at lunch. I highly recommend placing your order online and walking directly to the cashier, because the line can be out the door and down the walkway.
As far as the food? It was standard Chipotle fair. The consistency of the chain is another of the pluses.

By far my favourite fast food in America; Chipotle never dissapoints for having wholesome amazing food served fast. The perimeter location is always lined up, with food being fresh and grilled right in front of you while the staff quickly move the patrons through their choice of ingredients. This is definitely the new fast food, healthy, good for you goodness and I love, love, love it; especially after a leg day workout!
To keep things light and healthy, I like to have a bowl filled with lettuce leaves, a hint of brown rice (like a small hint not a ¹⁄₃ of a spoonful!), pinto beans, double meat: chicken and steak, grilled vegetables, corn, pico de gallo and hotsauce. Under 600 calories and a whopping 60g of protein.
The only bad thing to go with my awesome plate is the diet coke; oh well lololol

In general, I’m not a fan of Chipotle. I always find their food to be way too salty. I only come here when my options are limited or if it’s been a while since I had it. This past time was a case of both. I feel like I need to chug an extra gallon of water just to cleanse myself of all the sodium I consumed. Nutritionally it’s really not that good for you either. With one bowl, you’re probably consuming 90% of your daily sodium intake! That’s nuts. Just think what it would be if you had the burrito.
«Food with Integrity». Yeah right. Chipotle is a scam. And then they don’t offer queso. Ugh.
I honestly prefer Willy’s much more.
Ok, let me get off my soapbox
The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars is because the service at this location is the best I’ve ever seen at any fast food restaurant like this. It gets packed at lunch, but they will have you through the line in a minute and still have your order looking neat.
Anyways…don’t go to Chipotle. It’ll kill you.

Chipotle ist die mexikanische Alternative zu Burger & Co., bei der die Zutaten in landestypisch anmutender Weise serviert werden. Mehr nicht. Also keine typische, gute mexikanische Küche erwarten. Schmecken tuts trotzdem. Von Vorteil ist, wenn einem ein Chipotle gefällt, kann man davon ausgehen, von einem anderen nicht allzu negativ überrascht zu werden.
