Chick-fil-A

Man, the other reviews are just too harsh! This location is the bomb in my opinion! I come here regularly for either breakfast or lunch. Service is always friendly and I LOVE that they have 2 employees outside to take your order on an iPad face to face during lunch rush at the drive thru. Perfect!
Try the Chicken Tortilla Soup. Delish!

Nice place but service was slow. I had the vanilla milkshake, frosted lemonade, and half dozen oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. The cookies were the worst fast cookies on the market. They were dry and hard but they said it was fresh. The milkshake was okay-​too much milk, not enough actual ice cream. I won’t be back to this location for a while.

Today was my first time at this particular location, but I must say I was a tad bit disappointed. I really thought that you could ever go wrong with chick-​fil-​a nor can you mess it up, but today I had to recant my statement. My nuggets weren’t fresh… Plan and simple. The service was pretty fast, my fries were great, but my nuggets… Just didn’t cut it. It’s a new place and I figure that in time things might be better.

Have tried this place twice and both times very underwhelming… Both times I got old food, wrong items, and the fries tasted like they were fried in the morning oil. Tonight was extra special as the manager w the blue bowtie was rude and very unprofessional. Placed our order at the Drive thru, drove up to the window and wanted to make sure we got the correct items, the manager proceeded to let us know that they already got our order at the drive up speaker. Decided to check my order before leaving, and just like I thought she gave me the wrong sauce. I go back in to make the exchange and he sees me and already has an attitude. So I just proceed to the counter and ask another lady for help… As I’m walking out, he starts talking about me while there other customers in the store. Very rude, unprofessional, and disappointing. I have never been treated like this at any of the other stores in this area. Imagine, this manager is responsible for training and showing a good example to associates. Can you imagine what dealing with them will be like?

I have been to this place a few times. I am not sure I will be returning. I went to this spot a few days ago to get lunch for my office. I had a fairly large order, but I was prepared and had everything written out with the corresponding payment. One of my coworkers asked for a shake. The lady at the front counter made the incorrect shake. Rather than offer the one that was wrong she proceeded to take the shake to a table of truckers (who stated that they didnt want it)…I would think that she would have at least offered it as a kind gesture since I had to stand there holding an an arm full of bags while she fixed her mistake.
Even after that I decided to give this place another try. I went to get a bite this morning as it is right on my path to work. I went through the drive thru. The girl at the window was literally digging her nails through her scalp when I pulled up. She proceeded to take my money and prepare my food. I was so disgusted. I will NOT be eating at this place again.

As some of you already know, it’s so hard to find reasonable lunch accommodations within the perimeter mall area. So now this Chick-​Fil-​A has come to the rescue, yay! This past week I’ve gone there 5 times. Now it’s not that I like Chick-​Fil-​A that much, but I actually didn’t do a good job with my meal planning this week and ended up eating out almost everyday. Anyway, that’s another post/​topic (Ha!). This Chick-​Fil-​A is definitely nice. In true perimeter area fashion, this restaurant is overflowing with people during lunch time. It’s best to go before 12pm or after 1pm, pack an extra dose of patience if you go during the lunch rush. You’ve been warned.

I’ll start off with a 3 because I know that they just recently opened. I was excited to try out this Chick-​fil-​A because it’s in a prime location.
Let me start off by saying that I was in line for a considerable amount of time, because the girl at the window wanted to flirt with the guy in the car in front of me (btw when I got to the window… I was rushed). I did not check my food because I assumed it was correct… When I arrived back at work, I took out my food and the fries were Golden (never have I seen this at any location I’ve been to) and hard as a rock. I ordered a 6ct. Nugget and only received 4… very disappointing.
So, I called them and he stated to put his name on the receipt and follow up when I come next time. It would have been easier to just send me a coupon. Thanks, but no thanks.
