If you have a favorite Carrabba’s — skip this location and go there! This airport version could single handily ruin their entire reputation. I have been to Carrabba’s across the nation, and can say with some authority that this is their worst location for both food and service. Strangely, the receipt says this location is «operated byHMS Host» company. The corporate management team from Bloomin Brands better get in here… and fast! For all who read this review — if you want mid-price casual while at the airport, go to PF Changs.

Dreadful. Terrible. SLOOOOOW. Avoid this location at all costs! 10 mins until greeted(when I gave my full order, 15 more mins until side salad delivered, 15 more mins until wine delivered, and 10 mins until meal delivered(yes 50 mins total), and then 5 to gulp down meal and run to gate. Ouch!!!

worst Carrabba’s I have ever been to. I should have Unilocaled before I came. Small portions, cold food, no bread… you would think management would look to see what is being said about them. They have an endless supply of new customers flying thru that have no idea of the reviews written. I know this location is run by HMS Host but corporate needs to do something about this place. It is still the Carrabba’s brand…

Horrible service! Wish I would have looked at the reviews before eating there! We were forgotten over and over… But we still had a good attitude about the service we were received. We asked for our check and we noticed that we were charged for the wrong wine(thinking they would of course change it) our server informed us that she made the choice to get us the more expensive wine… WHAT??? Get a clue! My money is not for you to pick and choose how it needs to be spent #NEVERAGAIN!

The service is worse than horrible. Complained to a manager and she just laughed at me. Never again!

I would not give one star… BEWARE!!! They put wine in any kind of glass. The manager told the bartender to pour any kind of red wine for the servers guest since what the customer really ordered they were out of! The manager said the guest would not know the difference!!! I was horrified!!! This is the kind of manager they have running this establishment ??? sitting at the bar I saw nothing but chaos and mess. Bartenders eating behind the bar, specially when I’m waiting 45min for a salad!!! This store is a disservice to the brand !!!

SLOW and AWFUL service. Guests were leaving after they paid but before their take out food came. AVOID. I had to ask multiple times for silverware and a napkin. My salad took almost a half hour to arrive.

Airport food is mostly subpar and rushed. We had the time to sit down for a meal while traveling and Carrabba’s was the spot. Our server was friendly and efficient. I enjoyed a light soup and salad and my family ordered pasta dishes. All our meals were good and we especially enjoyed the casual feeling in a busy airport. If you have the time and don’t want to eat from the vast fast food chains this is a great choice.

The atmosphere was great. Food was good(I had the steak sandwich). Granted I came here at a lull in flights(7pm) but the service was top notch. The manager even came to my table and talked with us. Once she found out I was active duty military she gave me a discount on my meal. I of course just transferred that discount into the tip because the service was that good. I will eat here again.

If it were a regular Carrabba’s I would probably give it three 4 stars. I have to give this place 1. The service was terrible. When you are at an airport, no one has the time to be ignored. Everything was slow. Something tells me that it has more to do with being Atlanta than this restaurant in particular. It really makes me not want to visit Atlanta. Not to mention that the airport is terrible, but I’m spoiled, I’m from Tampa.

In terminal c. I am a huge carrabas fan and eat at them when my travels alllow. This has the same menu as a regular carrabas but the service is not quite up to snuff. My coke was watery both glasses and the sauce on the pasta was weak. The pork, salad and bread were excellent as usual. I waited about 5 minutes to see a server after sitting down. I also waited another 5 minutes for the bill. Give yourself a solid hour to eat here.

Wow, I should have paid attention to reviews before ordering. Hey, Carrabba’s you are in an airport! Even if you were out in the ‘burbs, this glacial speed service would be unforgivable. 15 min before I got a coffee. After 35 min, I asked for my chk and told them to cancel the simple side I had hoped to eat — so I could be at the departing gate on time. Waitress response? Hands on hips, «Really?» O M G. I gave her a five spot and fled.

Food was good but service was way too slow. don’t they realize people eating at the airport are in a hurry?

You can’t be in a hurry if you want to eat here. I spent about an hour here for a beer, a glass of wine and one entrée. The foods are average. The young lady that served was good. She stopped by a couple of times to check if I needed anything.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid… Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid… Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid… Did I mention, AVOID? Poor Jeremy — He needs to be trained. Oh does he need to be trained. When you are in an airport, most of the time, time is an issue and you need efficiency. It’s like The Walking Dead in there. Unhappy zombies who despise their jobs and really do not want to be there. Our food — wrong, cold and cold. Drinks took forever, no silverware, no plates, no common sense. Ordered a $ 29 bottle of wine and bill read $ 49. Had to wait almost 20 extra minutes for the change. Get some management in there!

This is tucked away in terminal C near the escalators you get off of when arriving in the terminal. I hate getting fast food in the airport and then having to fight for a place to sit and eat it so this was a welcome spot to get a late lunch. The only real blip in service was the two hostesses. They were not friendly at all and made it seem like they were doing me a favor to sit me at a table(party of 1 please!) instead of me seating myself at the bar as they suggested. They were not terribly busy and had plenty of tables available. My waitress, Cathy, made up for them. Winning smile, great attitude, and efficient service without making me feel like I was being hurried out. Food was what I expected from a Carrabas. The soup(lentil and sausage) was great, a salad is a salad is a salad but it was fresh, and calamari that was good(not great but good). The ice tea was brewed well and didn’t taste watered down. If you have enough time wth your layover I recommend coming here for lunch or dinner over the fast food gut bombs you’ll get elsewhere at the airport.

Five stars for the waiter, Aramis! I ordered a salad based on his recommendation with scallops and shrimp, and I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve never been a fan of seafood n salad, but the salad with roasted red peppers, scallops & shrimp was superb! I usually prefer light dressing, so I’d get it on the side next time, but I will definitely get it again. The pom martinis are also delicious and highly recommended. Aramis also noticed an issue with the order that the cooks had inadvertantly did and resolved it beyond my expectations. Love Carabbas and so glad they are at the Atlanta airport. Thanks!

This must be a new addition to Terminal C, because I had to create a listing for it. Anyway, this Carrabbas is a bit tucked away in the center concourse — look for the candy place and it’s to the left. I picked Carrabbas because the sushi place and Longhorn both had long waits. The interior here is quite large and huge windows offering nice views of the runways. Be aware that it can get quite warm in the afternoons when the sun starts beating down. If you’re a single diner(as many of us traveling are) expect to get shunted off to the bar area or stuck at a common table. The menu is a condensed version of what a normal Carrabbas offers — some salads, pastas, a few pizzas, etc. For an airport, prices are not terrible. I went with a pizza because they do have an actual woodburning pizza oven here and it was«okay» — super, super, super greasy. I had to use several napkins to blot — the sign of crappy cheese. If you’re ordering wine, go for the«quartino» which offers about 2 glasses for not much more than the regular glass price. Service is… friendly, but not good. It may be that this is a new location and people have not quite gotten the flow down, but it took forever to get drinks, food, the check, etc. That said, the people are really nice. In the context of airport food, it’s not bad if you have the time to spare.
