I went for lunch. Or rather, I tried to go. I ordered a double veggie burger. The sign says a double burger costs around $ 6.72. However, mine cost $ 8.72. I was charged an extra $ 2 because I wanted a veggie burger instead of a meat burger. Nowhere in the store could I find any indication that there is an extra charge for a veggie burger. And the menu itself doesn’t specify that it’s a double meat burger that costs around $ 6.72. This is false advertisement. If I had ordered a standard veggie burger it would have been the same price as some meat burgers, so why the extra charge for this? I can’t say and the staff couldn’t say either. What they could say is that there are a lot of things whose price is not listed. I ended up ordering my lunch elsewhere. Good thing too because my friend’s sandwich was tiny and expensive. Didn’t look that great either.

Hi Rhea, let’s add quality of presentation to that list you gave me and then I will feel like that commitment I made was fully realized for the money I spent. Thank you.

Ordered an egg and cheese breakfast burger and a VeggiFi Burger, both on a potato bun. $ 11. Received VeggiFi w/no cheese. Received an egg in a paper plate with no bun and instead a piece of lettuce. Not sure what went wrong. Enough is enough. Can’t keep taking chances with this place.

Ordered a single cheeseburger. I liked that you could choose your toppings. I had pickles, short peppers, jalapeños, and a Tabasco sauce on mine. It was pretty good. Got tons of fries that I couldn’t finish. Over all a decent fast food joint

Although this location is like a mall food court setting, it is still a great place to grab a quick burger when attending an event at the arena. The service quick and staff friendly. On this occasion, however, theI Bud Light ran out in the middle of getting our second beer. They told us they would change the keg and give us fresh ones when our food came up but when we returned they still hadn’t found anyone to change the keg out. So little disappointed that they fell down on this aspect but overall the food was tasty and quick.

A burger chain in a food court. My expectations weren’t high but what I received was better than I had expected. I’m sure all their burgers are cooked to the same well done temperature. The cheese was nicely melted and the onions I had added tasted fresh. The winner here was their onion rings and fries or as they call them the Cry Fry combo. In this combo you got a boat of fries and 3 humongous onion rings. I’m a big guy and the cheeseburger and Cry Fry combo filled me up. I’d try other places in this food court first but I’d definitely eat here again. Also, it looks like the menu at this location is scaled back from their normal menu. Looking at a slide show on one of the flat screen TV screens and their are a ton of burgers, sandwiches and fry combos that are not on the menu here. I would have loved to of been able to order the parmigiano fries!

I work in a nearby business. When they initially opened, they marketed in our area about their delivery service. I ordered for delivery once in that same week, no problems at all. The food was great. I’ve tried to patronize their business three times since, because seeing as though I cannot leave work the delivery service was convenient. Each time I have called to order, since the first time, I am told that they«are not delivering today» or «are not delivering right now.» I’ve called at many different times of day and get the same answer each time. Finally on my last try today, I asked the young man on the phone when do they deliver and his answer was«whenever the delivery guy is here.» Telling me that there’s no set schedule for when delivery is available. Then he finally stated that the«delivery guy» wouldn’t be there until 12 today. I just think it’s terrible customer service and even worse marketing to offer delivery but not at least have a set schedule for customers to know when delivery is available. Like I said, the food is great. But each time, since the first week of opening, that I’ve tried to order from them, they aren’t delivering. Bottom line, don’t market to local businesses the amenity of delivery if that’s not really a service that you provide regularly.

$ 21 for a single, fries and a beer… ok, I’m in CNN Center… The burger was OK and the beer was a large. Ketchup dispenser ran out of ketchup after 2 squirts. Asked for ketchup at the counter and was handed a wad of ketchup packets… all stuck together with some sort of honey mustard looking sauce on the outside. Then the fries were cold. Much better service and experience at the one on the strip in Knoxville on a slammed game day. Being located in CNN Center is not a legitimate excuse for crappy service nor crappy food.

Was staying at hotel across the street. Too tired to go out to eat, called Burgerfi CNN and they said they deliver! Delivery was great and food was good and warm. Burger was delicious and onion rings very crispy. Topped off with custard for dessert. Will be back next month for sure.

Stopped by Burger Fi for lunch while on a tour at CNN. The hamburgers are made to order and they offer a variety of toppings. The set up reminded me of Five Guys. I got the single hamburger with swiss cheese, lettuce & tomato and a side of wonderful fries. The Burger Fi sauce that came with the fries was amazing. The portions were big and the food was fresh and delicious. They lost a star because my hamburger sat under a warming light for 8 minutes while they made fries. All-in-all, it took about 12 minutes to get my food and there were only 2 other customers there at the time. I may not get back to CNN soon but since they have 5 locations around Atlanta, I’ll definitely go to a Burger Fi again. Yum !

It was food. Expected better for the price. Fries soggy and warm and expensive. Buger ok. But one dollar more for a cheese burger?!? I expect they will get better or price themselves out.

Pros: VeggieFi burger is really tasty, great selections and options on their frozen custards/concretes and it’s conveniently located. Cons: Bit pricey for lunch(paid around $ 14 for fries, drink and sandwich once), wait time is terrible — even when there are no lines(i.e. breakfast), staff a bit abrupt and course in their communication(6 out of 8 visits). Breakfast call-in orders aren’t easy to accomplish in the morning. Suggestions: Train staff to be kind, remind them that they do serve breakfast and not to be surprised if one orders it as soon as they open. Way too much attitude from staff and that’s one reason I have only visited 8 times though they are in walking distance for lunch and sometimes dinner. *This location also notes on their flyer that they open at 7am but when I arrived they told me 9am.

I was here about a month or so ago. What really stood out was the fact that the cashier refused to give me a cup for tap water, saying I had to buy either bottled water or a fountain drink. I said«I don’t have to buy a drink, I can just do without one.» So I either called his bluff or the GM of this BurgerFI is a complete jerk, because then he hands me a cup and says«don’t tell anyone». Well, I’m telling all of you. Now coming in here and see how poor all the reviews are, it’s very unlikely I’ll be revisiting this location. Plenty of other options in the CNN Center. The food is fine here, but it’s not a good enough reason to go back in my opinion. Give your freakin’ customers a cup for tap water!!! Losers.

Phenomenal customer service from Naquavia! I don’t normal post reviews but it’s so rare to get great customer service especially in fast food that I wanted to make sure I called her out. The lines were really long because of the Primerica convention but she still made sure I got my food quickly, double checked to make sure I was right etc. and was super friendly the whole time

Zero stars if I could. Waited an hour in line for what I thought would be a really good burger. Turns out it wasn’t worth it at all. The menu displays the burgers like they’re giant, but once you get your food you realize you payed almost $ 10 for nothing but a skimpy slider. One of the saddest moments of my life to be honest, because I was extremely hungry. Now, as I’m sitting here after eating the double burger, I realize that I still am hungry. Horrible feeling, wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. They should change the name to Sliderfi

Ehhh… Just ok. I ordered a burger during the lunch rush and it came within a reasonable amount of time(15 minutes). What everyone says about the burgers being small is true, so if you have a large appetite, keep it moving. I was forgiving of the burger size, but the flavors were just boring. The bun was nice and soft, and the brand on it was a nice touch, but the beef lacked flavor though. It was as if they didn’t season it at all. I thought the onion rings were awesome though! At about $ 15 for lunch including drink, I would just go to Dantanna’s.

The burgers were pretty good, but not as quality of other competitors such as Yeah! Burger, Farm Burger etc. The fries were not too amazing. Overall I would give the food 3 stars. However I gave this particular restaurant 2 stars due to the demeanor of the employees or specifically one employee. From the previous reviews, it seems like complaints point to the same man(he has glasses). He is rude and condescending. A family friend was not given a buzzer and he assumed that she stole it for some reason. Also he forgot to give our milkshake along with our order. When we went to retrieve our milkshake, he managed to piss us off more by saying that we should have«paid attention» to the buzzer and proceeded to remind us to «give back» the non-existent buzzer that we «lost». I would give this restaurant another chance however I definitely wouldn’t go to this one again if this employee is still working at this establishment.

Long wait, satisfactory burger. Located in the CNN Food Court, Burger Fi is one of the flashier options in a wide selection of fast food items. The wait for the burger is long for a fast food restaurant — about 20 minutes when the restaurant really wasn’t that busy — but you get a buzzer so you don’t have to wait in front of the restaurant. I ordered a single stack burger. When I asked for a cup of water, the cashier insisted on selling me bottled water. I felt this was a little obnoxious when there’s a Coca Cola machine right next to the restaurant that dispenses water. The burger, which is medium sized, wasn’t bad though. There are several custom burgers available and you also have the option to build your own burger. Coolest novelty is the bun, which has the restaurant’s name stamped onto the burger. The patty wasn’t super greasy. Some toppings(for example: lettuce, tomato, diced or grilled onions, pickles, sport peppers) are free. Other toppings cost a little bit more. Burger Fi is a nice up and coming burger chain. You can also purchase beers and shakes here.

This establishment should be ashamed of themselves. The staff is rude and disrespectful, especially towards cosplayers attending Momocon 2015. They mock everyone in costume, and they get lazy with the food prep later in the evening. I have seen this first-hand with friends. I have not given them my bbusines, and I never will.

I should have read the other reviews first, or heeded the warnings of my co-workers. This location needs a lot of work. Specifically in the area of customer service. On a Sunday at 5pm, it took over 15 minutes from the time I ordered until the time I received my food. I didn’t order anything complicated, just a cheeseburger and onion rings. It should not take 15 minutes to get a cheeseburger unless it’s at a fine dining establishment — which this certainly is not. The woman who took my order never even looked at me and seemed upset that I even approached to order food. When I said«I would like a double burger with cheese», she replied back to me «Oh you mean you want a cheeseburger» with a negative attitude. So I responded back«Yes, I’ll have a cheeseburger with onion rings» and she just stood there waiting for 15 seconds, never looked at me or spoke. Finally I said«that’s all» and then she gave me my total. She seemed annoyed with having to talk to me. After that followed the 15 minute wait for my food which I already mentioned. During this time, the cooks in the back seemed to be working hard while my server in the front was talking a call on her cell phone. She then passed the phone around to other workers(maybe the manager was on the phone??) 15 minutes later, I received my small burger and 5 onion rings that cost me $ 13. The burger itself was actually decent, just tiny. But it would be much easier to stomach the high cost of such a small portion of food if the service and wait time weren’t so poor. I doubt I will go back.

Disappointed does not even begin to describe my experience. I ordered the Quinoa burger it was $ 7.00 by itself and I received a burger not much bigger than a Krystal/White Castle burger. I wanted to cry lol cause I was so hungry and thats what I got. If you want a Quinoa burger please go to Dantanna”s right across the food court their Quinoa burger is delicious and humongous. Don’t get me wrong the BurgerFi Quinoa burger has a great taste but to pay over $ 7.00 and its the size of a Krystal burger is pretty disappointing and honestly a rip off. This place is never packed and over priced. I dont see this place staying there long. Ppl are pissed they got rid of Wendy’s for them lol.

The chain tries to be like Shake Shack but completely falls flat… I was so hungry before heading into the Hawks game yet I couldn’t eat majority of my burger due to the the grease and the extremely odd after-taste. The meat quality was just HORRIBLE. What the eff is it made out of!!! It’s surprising since we had to wait at least 30 – 40 min for our food. I should’ve went to Chick-fil-a. Damnit…

Ordered a single BurgerFi cheeseburger and Parmesan fries. What I got? Double cheeseburger with only cheese and a couple brown onions on it — no sauce, lettuce or tomato like the menu promises. Fries were correct. The Wendy’s employees clearly work here now as quality control is awful here. Get it together! You never know what you are going to get here. I recommend CNN employees check your bag before you go upstairs. Disappointment.

Avoid if you want your burger in under 30 minutes or if you don’t want the manager following you back to work. After waiting 20 min, I inquired about my food. Brought my receipt back to a bunch of puzzled faces. They didn’t actually start to make my order until I asked for my money back. At this point a manger sent the cashier on break. As he stood at the counter my food finally was placed in the window behind him and the cook said«order up». He still just stood there, staring forward. I pointed to my food and stated that I believe it to be my order that I paid for 30 min ago. He asked why it took so long, to me. How would I know? At this point I realized I wasn’t dealing with a Mensa member. I stated I didn’t know and I couldn’t get an answer when I asked the same question. He told me to watch my language, so I began to explain to him, in the most colorful language I could muster, that the kitchen staff was not good at their jobs and that he was also incompetent at his job. He walked over to where I was getting catsup and bowed up on me stating, «you’re lucky I have a job.» I turned it around on him and said, «I agree, you are lucky you have a job and you are very bad at it.» Y’know, because he is arguing with me instead of finding out what went wrong. As I ate he paced back and forth behind the counter while staring at me. As I left the food court he darted away from his restaurant and proceeded to follow me. He actually followed me into the Congress Center according to my friends. Needless to say I will never go back.

I am absolutely shocked at the lack of customer service and professionalism by the staff of this business. I recommended this burger joint to a good friend and long time colleague of mine and witnessed him get threatened and stalked by the on duty manager. I am angered at the situation but even more upset that I recommended my buddy to this place. I frequently work near the CNN center and dine in the food court almost 100% of that time. I will NEVER spend another dime here and personally make sure that everyone that I work with doesn’t either.

In search of food before the Monster Truck show, we settled on Burger Fi because the boys wanted cheese burgers. I was intrigued by the VegeFi, a quinoa«burger». We added an order of Cry and Fries and sat down to eat. The food is prepared to order so we had to wait a bit but a fresh burger is always preferable. That said, we got our food and commenced to eating. I could tell from the boys that their burgers were good. I felt that the quinoa burger was uneven. They should offer a different type of cheese for it. The onion rings and fires were good. Overall, a decent experience for a quick meal.

I finally got the chance to try BurgerFi after trying a small portion of it at Taste of Atlanta 2014. This chance was all because of the Georgia State Graduation that was held at the Georgia Dome and the Georgia World Congress Center. The location of this BurgerFi is located in the busy and popular CNN Center food court. FOOD: I heard that they had a secret menu and so I opted to order those items. — Supreme Burger $ 8.94 || Two beef patties topped with grilled mushrooms, two or three thick slices of hickory bacon, and American cheese in between a burger bun stamped with BurgerFi logo. I thought this burger was good, but I felt that it needed more condiments. I thought all burgers comes with the standard like lettuce and tomato, but this one didn’t. I still thought it was a good burger and a good sized one as well. What a burger should look like. — Urban Fries $ 3.94 || Parmesan and herb fries topped with garlic aioli. I ordered my meal to be takeout so I think that’s why the sauce was packed separately in a small container so that my fries wouldn’t be soggy. The sauce is probably parmesan and topped with shaved herbs. The sauce wasn’t anything that great. The fries are soggy. I don’t think I would order these fries again as I am very fond of very thin and crispy fries and these BurgerFi fries are more like steak fries. — Soda $ 2.47 || They have two Coca-Cola’s freestyle machines. They also served bottled drinks like tea and also four or six beers on tap. Overall, I would like to try other items from their menu and would try BurgerFi again, but probably at a more convenient location to me.
