I’ve ordered from Burger Win many times since moving into the area several months ago and have never been disappointed. I always order their wings(various flavors), which are great. The staff, no matter who helps me, is always friendly, and my order is always ready quickly.(I opt for pick up rather than delivery.) My son is a huge fan of wings, so I’m really happy to have found this place. A heads-up about the parking: There are only about 4 parking spaces unless you park at one of the gas pumps, which isn’t the greatest idea, and there are always a few cars already parked when I arrive. I recommend ordering ahead so you can do a quick in and out if you can’t find a parking spot and want to let the car idle for a minute while you run inside.

We love this place. They have really good sesame chicken and lo mein. Wings too! We order delivery and they are open til 3am most days, which is perfect for when you’re like me and u get off work at freaking midnight. Also the lady who works the counter is always real nice over the phone which is a major plus.

Ordered beef and broccoli, chicken with mixed vegetables with white rice! It was ok. It wasn’t bad but could have had more flavorful. Wasn’t disappointed but wasn’t to excited either. They would be my last resort Chinese restaurant to go to.

I like that they are open really late so I can order food when when I’m getting off work. The prices are great. Friendly over the phone and so are the delivery drivers. The food is alright.

Man. There is so much I love about burger win. The price. The portion size. The super friendly drivers. How the people over the phone aren’t rude. How fast I receive my order. But. The food isn’t good. Like. At all. Really bland. I have tried sesame chicken and general tsos combo platters. Tsos wasn’t spicy at all. The crab rangoons have some kind of weird yellow cheese nonsense happening, and are either over-fried or gooey. The food is always kind of cold when I receive it(even though the delivery doesn’t take long) And, even though there is enough for me to make two meals, I always end up throwing the left overs away imeedjiutlee… regretting I spent money on it in the first place, and vowing to never do so again. Until the weekend happens, and I’m right back with Burger Win. Damn. No fortune cookies, either. Double damn.

The only thing I really order from here is the Singapore noodles. Delicious! I usually get the smaller size because it is way enough. Always quick, hot and they are friendly people. Other people I have been with have ordered the following and I tried them: Chinese donuts. Very tasty, sorta like deep fried biscuit dough dipped in sugar. Lemon pepper wings. Hot and pretty sizable. I just prefer JR Crickets.

This place is my favorite! I’ve ordered the Mongolian beef, pad Thai, lo mien, pork fried rice, basil chicken fried rice: all delicious! They are either dead on accurate for delivery time or early. The apps are good to: spring rolls and dumplings/potstickers. They are supposed to be closed on Sunday but sometimes they are open. Sometimes.

Just moved to the area and wanted some old school Chinese takeout. This place failed on so many levels. Fried rice was cold and had a vinegary flavor to it, there was hardly any chicken in the general tsos. The egg roll and fried pot stickers were entirely flavorless. This place may be great for drunk people stumbling around EAV but it doesn’t deserve the rating it has on Unilocal.Extremely disappointed

For some reason I keep coming back to this place for some chinese food. It’s not authentic but, when I’m dog sitting in the area and i feel like getting take out this is the place I go to. They’re open late and they have pretty big portions of food for a reasonable price. I’ve never actually seen the store since I always get it delivered. But I recommend the food if you’re feeling lazy and just want some chinese food.

Not great. But cheap. And open. Ate these bad boys alone on a bench. No one judged.(There is no indoor seating)

A true hole in the wall — no dine-in; only take-out and delivery. Not being in their delivery area(probably), I hopped over to EAV to check this place out. I’ve driven past it a billion times and it’s been bookmarked for ages. First order of business is parking in the cramped Citgo lot. People tend to drive about — and park — haphazardly here, so it’s a bit of a challenge surviving without getting bumped. The door is to the right of the gas station’s door. They have a very small area inside for ordering with three cramped seats that you can use while you wait, or you can wait outside in the gas station parking lot. Perhaps delivery is their preferred method of food distribution? Anyway, it took about 15 minutes to get the food on a Friday at 4:30, which is not too bad. Three items cost ~$ 17, all were ‘small’. For portion sizes, either see the various food photos or look at the sample food containers stapled to the wall. Or see the photo someone took of the wall. Bottom line is that large is huge; small is a more normal portion, I think. Hunan chicken quite tasty and fresh, but not spicy at all. Same with the garlic broccoli & eggplant, although that one isn’t billed as spicy. Both were well worth ordering. Chicken fried rice also good, but pretty standard. Probably should have ordered Singapore noodles too. Next time. Recommended. Not open for lunch.

I have to say that this was pretty tasty Chinese food. I ordered delivery and I had it in about 35 – 40 minutes. The food could have been hotter and the driver could have been a little more friendlier, but overall good experience. The lady who took my order was very kind and prices were good. The crab ragoon was good and the general tso chicken was good. Next time I’ll order a large plate of that because it had great flavor. I would order from here again.

This is the go to spot in the EAV for NYC style Chinese food. What makes this spot special is their seafood specialities on the menu. They know what they are doing here.

After reading all the reviews on Unilocal and after trying to find good Chinese in East Atlanta, I went one evening for some take-out. Got the General Tso’s Chicken and Pad Thai. I am a pretty adventurous eater and like most food. I rarely give 1 star reviews. I had to throw both dishes away. So gross. I guess if I had been really drunk or stoned, I could have finished. Why does this place get good reviews? It was NOOOOOT good.

This place is great for what it is, a hole in the wall asian place that is open late.

No seating /tables. Pick up or delivery only. Delicious, fast kitchen, courteous staff. It is attached to the citgo gas station. Legit wings and better than average Chinese fast food.

Love this place. I’ve never had any of their Asian cuisine, but I’ve never had anything bad — I usually swing in drunk around two in the morning for wings or a Philly Cheesesteak. No one I’ve taken here hasn’t loved it.

This place is CHEAP. Like whoa. Buuuuut you sort of get what you pay for. There are some items I like more than others, but overall, everything is pretty standard cheap-ass delivery. The staff is less over-the-phone curt than other Chinese delivery places, and their delivery time is very reasonable. I’ve never waited longer than an hour. My go-to Chinese delivery dishes are lo mein, sesame chicken, and egg drop soup. The lo mein was a little flat in flavor, the sesame chicken was fine, and the egg drop soup was serviceable. The fried rice that combo meals come with taste a little weird but extra soy sauce covers it up. Basically, everything was fine but just off enough to not make it delicious. Wings are okay but were a tad dry. As I said, it’s fine for what you’re paying. I will definitely keep ordering from Burger Win whenever I’m too lazy to cook and too broke to spring for Zifty.

If I was single I would probably eat here every night after midnight. As a husband and father of 3, I look forward to my once in a year late night excursion to Burger Win. I like their wings and fried rice. I’ve had a few of their main dishes and it has all been great. I think they are a Malaysian family owned business and they do it right for a take out and delivery Chinese place. They take care in their cooking and even use some decent ingredients. It’s also a great place to get some soup when you’re sick. Around the Eastside of Atlanta, there aren’t many places to get some decent Americanized Chinese, but I think Burger Win is the best. I still haven’t tried out their delivery, but I hear they go to Kirkwood.

Why is it that some of the best, well prepaired food comes from holes in the wall like this? Why? I can’t begin to gush over this small asain/American fare fused take-out situated on one of Atlanta’s busiest streets and nestled next to a gas station while it may look deciving, Burger Win is actualy owned by a hard working Malaysian family who all act as chefs, receptionist, and delivery drivers. This is, with out a doubt some seriously good asain food and a lot at that for your money. You get hooked up with some heaping portions here at Burger Win. I recommend the General Tso’s chicken. But as for the American part of there food offerings you can’t go wrong with there wings! they have a lot of different wing sauces to chose from but there specialty is a batch of wings smothered in garlic parm sauce. Trust me folks, i’ve been ordering Burger Win at all hours since 2006 and they ALWAYS have prompt delivery service late late late into the evening when my hockey playoffs go into double overtime and I just have to get my garlic parmisian sauce wings to go with my last 216oz’s of Bud-Heavy.

Good price, good food, fair service, fast as all get out. Stopped here after reading all the reviews as the hubby and I were craving Chinese, and our spots near our house aren’t all that great. 5 miles away in EAV we got to Burger Win. The location is like a Chinese dive bar– if there were such a thing. But the guy at the counter was cool. 5 minutes later(super fast) we had our soup, General Tao & Singapore Noodle. The General seemed dry but the Singapore was bangin!!! I will be back– my veggies were so fresh and crispy snow peas. Yum! Going to check out the wings next time.

Seriously the best Asian food for your money I have had in the city… don’t judge this place by its exterior! Highly recommend trying two dishes here: the Pad Thai, a sweet and tangy sauce with chopped cashews on top, and the Singapore Rice noodles, a much spicier yellow curried noodle dish. Haven’t had much else here worth mentioning, but those two are pretty reliable staples for me.

I ordered the chicken and mixed vege dinner with a lo mein substitute. It had about three pieces of chicken and barely in veges. I won’t be ordering from here again. The lo mein was bland. Check out the pic.
