Bavarian Collision

This is THE best shop I have ever been to. I was hit with a gate last night in my apartment complex and these guys are taking care of me completely! They are the coolest guys ever, as well as very knowledgeable.
I’m a car-​nut and Mike was nice enough to walk me through his garage, show me his amazing cars, the cars they are currently working on, and even started up his 1,000 hp truck that he is building!
If you want to go to a collision shop and feel like you’re surrounded by experts who are also your best friends, come here. I will come here every time and tell everyone I know to come here.

Top notch! I had a fender bender in my new (3000 miles) BMW and after an estimate at the dealers recommended body shop I came to Bavarian. The entire experience w/​Bavarian was dare I say perfect. The estimate was easy, the repair was fast and as far as I can tell perfect. They dealt with the nightmare that is the insurance company and did it all with a smile. On a side note the car was returned to me washed and detailed better than most local car washes. Solid service all the way around

I couldn’t be more thrilled to post this review. My pristine 2014 BMW M235i was involved in a collision that caused significant front/​rear damage. Being relatively new to Atlanta I had no idea of where to turn to get the damage repaired. I happened across a Unilocal review that Jessica T posted where Bavarian Collision had worked on her 2 Series. I read the remaining reviews and it seemed like a no brainer.
Well, it was. These guys are the real deal. I will specifically call out Mike and Jabari but the entire team is wonderful to deal with. In particular, Jabari has some of the best communication skills I’ve encountered in 20+ years of business. I always knew exactly what was happening with my car.
Moreover, Jabari is a relationship guy. In other words, he has excellent relationships with the insurance adjusters. Let me be clear, nothing about a car accident is good, but having your bodyshop have a good relationship with your insurance adjuster is priceless… It simply makes the entire process a lot easier and smoother than it might otherwise be.
I rarely if ever post reviews and when I do, it’s usually when I’m good and pissed off about the service I’ve received. These guys are the best and if you need work done, I would not hesitate to recommend them. And if nothing else, stop by and see Mike’s Borzoi (Russian Wolfhound), it’s a beautiful animal and a pretty rare dog at that.

EXCELLENT COLLISION REPAIR & CUSTOMER SERVICE! I cannot thank Jabari Hayes & the entire Bavarian Collision team enough for their hard work and customer loyalty. My 2013 BMW 328i sustained a fair amount of damage when it was hit from behind in a rear-​end accident. However, after Bavarian Collision worked their magic my car looks as good as new! Looking at it, would never know the car was involved in an accident. The paint matches identically and, the trunk, side panels, and bumper are perfectly aligned. Bavarian Collision’s craftsmanship is truly impeccable.
Not to mention, the customer service I received was outstanding! Jabari kept me informed throughout the entire repair process by sending weekly status updates along with pictures/​videos of my car’s repairs. He worked directly with the other party’s insurance rep to ensure every single damaged part was repaired/​replaced correctly — no shortcuts.
To sum up, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bavarian Collision to anyone who needs collision repair, routine maintenance, detailing, etc. In my opinion, Bavarian Collision is the go-​to import auto body shop in Atlanta! They have a lifetime customer in me!

Jabari provided excellent service at an amazing price! He even handled everything with my insurance company and even dropped me off at the local rental car office. When I picked up my car, I was very pleased. He called me twice just to give me an update on the repairs. They even washed and detailed my car and I left a very happy and satisfied customer.

I happily picked up my car from Bavarian today! Usually I’m very nervous when it comes to auto body work but they were honestly amazing! Not only did they give me the best quote out of 4 places, the service was great, the work was amazing and I got my car back in less than 48 hours. I’m more than happy and would definitely refer any and everyone I know to their office.
