Arrived @ 9pm on a Tuesday, and walked in on a freshly mopped floor in which the dirty water was just tossed out of the front door. We looked around for our favorite flavors, Cherries Jubilee and Gold Medal Ribbon. Neither were on display. We asked the woman if they were available and she said yes. We ordered a pint of each. Paid and left. Upon arriving home, both of us noticed that our pints were not packed properly. Both of us had huge spaces at the bottom of our containers. It was like she put 2 scoops in and put a lid on it. It bothers me that we paid almost $ 6 each for less(considerably) than a pint. Very disappointing. There were also ice pieces in my pint. Not a good look.

Poor service, nice enough but unbelievably slow. Have yet to see the server wash her hands or put on gloves between using the register and scooping ice cream.

I was dying for pralines and cream ice cream and saw the Baskin Robbins sign at this location but when I went in, it smelled bad, the ladies room was not very clean and there were 2 empty water bottles there, like someone hangs out there a lot. Next, just like the other reviews, no one came out for awhile. I kinda felt bad for the owner or lady, I wish she seemed happy, business would be better for her if she was there to greet her customers.

This place is awful. The lady who runs it is never friendly, even when she tries. She can’t even fake nice! She is so greedy with the scoops, and don’t even think about using a coupon in her store!!! I hate going here. Not only do I feel like crap paying so much for a couple scoops of ice-cream, the service is horrible, and the joint isn’t kept clean. I need a birthday cake from BR for my hubby today, but I will be going out of my way to find another location!

The only thing decent about this location was it was close to my job… When I walked in I was greeted with the sound of nothing… No one was at the counter. So I waited a minute, then two, then three, and by the time I was about to walk out, someone finally appeared from the back. She seemed surprised I was there, it was 2:45, not a strange time to get ice cream I’m sure, I was more surprised no one was at the front counter to greet me… Anyway since no one had waited on me when I walked in the door I had plenty of time to look around and observe this location… I should’ve looked for their health score as well. The back counter was a mess, things were just laying around everywhere, there were some old dry roses on the front counter, and some of the ice creams were missing labels and looked rather unappealing, but then again bright orange ice creams/sherberts and ice creams with tons of mix ins dont appeal to me to begin with. I like my ice cream simple and delicious. So I had to ask if they had vanilla and chocolate, which they did they were just in a cooler that you cant see… So after getting a waffle cone with a scoop of vanilla and chocolate I dashed outta the store probably to never return again. Because 1) the waffle cone was over cooked it kept crumbling every time I looked at it let alone trying to eat the ice cream and the paper that was stuck for dear life to the cone probably had more flavor than the cone; and 2) for 5.79 next time I’ll just go to the grocery story and pick up some ice cream and have waaaaay better service… me and better ice cream…
