If it was possible for me to give less than 1 star I most certainly would! This place is horrible. I went here once for a wellness checkup. They had an advertisement at their front desk stating that they would waive the $ 40 office visit fee for patients interested in being tested for allergies. The receptionist stated that there would be no additional fees for for me as the allergy testing was FREE.
The nurse practitioner was very rude and insinuated that I must be pregnant (even before doing any type of testing). I didnt appreciate this as I specifically told her that I was not pregnant during our initial conversation. She was very condescending and nasty. Based on her attitude alone I would never go back.
The icing on top was that 2 weeks after my visit I got a bill in the mail for upwards of $ 300 for allergy testing. I called my insurance company who basically stated that I needed to work it out with the clinic. I called and called trying to get someone to answer my questions only to be told that the receptionist that initially gave tme the information «was no longer with the company». If you value your money and your sanity please avoid these people!
