Okay where do I start, my stylist was good but the salon is a mess!!! First of all there is nothing high class about this place what so ever. They only have one shampoo bowl, they have these chairs in each room where you seat under the dryer and the are so low to the floor and according to my stylist the product are cheap and too heavy to put in clients hair so she buys her own and uses them on the clients and according to her the owner is fully aware of this and refuses to do anything about it. Okay so here is what pissed me off! I bought two vouchers one for my hair and one for a shellac gel manicure and pedicure with a hot stone and leg massage, my appointment was at 3 pm my stylist finished up with my hair at 2:45 I get a mani/pedi faithfully every two weeks, I thought this place was a one stop shop HA! the joke was on me. So after waiting about 30 minutes and no one informing me on what was going on with my mani/pedi I asked the french lady up front what was going on and she said she’s coming she’s cleaning the foot stations out and I said well it would have been nice to let me know something instead of having me just sitting here wondering what the heck is going on. Then she went to the back to ask her and came back out and said it would be an additional ten minutes or I could reschedule, I said no I have waited and paid my for these service(I purchased off of HalfoffDepot) I want it done. Then the lady Natasha who does the mani/pedi’s came out really ghetto, poor customer service, stank nasty attitude and told me I needed to reschedule because she had just done 3 mani/pedi’s prior to me and she was human and not a robot(I kid you not) I was flabbergasted beyond belief that a so called professional would say such a thing, I immediately told her no I paid my money and I want my service right now! She continued to say no after going back and fourth she called the owner, who was initially there but left because she had something to do and I didn’t know that was the owner I thought she was a receptionist. I try to support black owned business and this is the kind of service you receive and I try not to think that way but when people constantly prove you wrong you have no choice, I will never patronize this business ever again. My mom was scheduled for her mani/pedi at 3:45 and had to cancel and she was furious Natasha was unapologetic, she even went as far to say if you guys don’t like it that’s too bad I’m human not a machine, the owner was on the phone the entire time and heard her, the owner then asked to speak with me and apologized and said I can’t believe she’s going back and fourth with you blah, blah, blah! At this point I don’t care what you have to say either because I’m pissed off, this is the kind of person you have representing your establishment. Like I told Natasha, I’m a medical professional and I see 40+ patients a day and I’m human and not one time will my staff or my patients ever here me complain, because it’s my job and I’m here to care for my patients at the end of the day and if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t be able to support my family. I am super done with this place. Now come to find out they have redeemed my HalfoffDepot voucher, I will be calling the salon today and going off as well as my bank to get my money back. STAYAWAYFROMHERE!!!
