I wasn’t given the opportunity of meeting with one of the doctors as a new patient due to the lack of response from scheduling/​office staff. I left a message as well as went online to their portal, created a profile with medical history on day one. I immediately received a auto-​reply that someone would contact me right away to schedule an appointment. No one ever called during my 8-​day waiting period. I was able to finally get in touch with someone at their office who told me to once again leave another message for their office scheduler. Considering I never received a call the first time, I wasn’t optimistic. Unfortunately, if my experience with the front office is any indication I will look for another physician. I’ve just wasted 2 weeks… not too thrilled.
