Today was my First time ever trying Arby’s and I can honestly say I wasn’t impressed. I ordered the new jalapeño brisket sandwich which I’m a huge fan of brisket. I take a bite of my sandwich and it is cold my fries were hot but my sandwich was cold. I live literally 2 minutes from Arby’s so it shouldn’t have been cold that fast and I know the sandwich is delicious but the coldness takes away from it all.

I love their curly fries and I only want the really curly ones so the manager made a fresh batch of fries and picked out the biggest curliest fries just for me. But I had to say it 10 times for them to understand. I’m happy af.
