In giving one star because I HAVE to… I’m going on business trip tomorrow. Had pants dry cleaned for the first time at this dry cleaner. Pants have never shrunk at previous dry cleaner… I tried them on because of new jackets after I picked them up. I wanted to make sure the looked ok with new pieces before I put them in my suitcase. Thank God I did try them on because hey have shrunk a couple of sizes at this dry cleaners. I was concerned when they did not have a computerized system. My family owned dry cleaners growing up so I know the drill. This cleaners is awful, they wash vs dry clean, among other old school habits. I highly recommend against them

My wife and I have patronized these folks for almost 20 years. We live in Buckhead but continue to make the weekly commute to Ansley Mall Cleaners for our clothes. They are the best cleaners in the ATL.

Same problem with the holes in my clothes! I took in a nice chiffon dress and it has clear holes in the chest from the needles they used to hold it up. Is that really necessary?

TERRIBLE, my close smelled so strongly of incense and my silk skirt had needles in it, large one which left holes. DO NOT GO HERE!
